Gargiulo's Tinton Falls

Another very good meal. We did not have apps, only salads. The Gsrgulio salad was delicious. I had pasta alla Nerano, it was outstanding. I asked for a few more zucchini and the owner quickly had them fried up and delivered. The best Pasta Alla Nerano I ever had. The Montepulciano wine that was recommended was very good as well. I should've ordered a white w/my pasta but we ordered a bottle for the table. The other 3 in my parry said their meals were good or very good as well. We will be back soon!

We absolutely love coming to Gargiulos. From the moment you arrive you feel like family. So warm and welcoming. The food is always delicious. The service is great.

This was the most disappointing dinner we have ever had. Was here 2 years ago and it was fabulous. Yesterday's meal was horrible. The service was terrible. Waiting 20 minutes for water to be sent to the table. We do not like to order the whole meal and one time so I basically had to tell the server that if we can't order the appetizers then wait to order the entrees then we will leave. The food was poor quality and very salty. Took forever to get cocktails. Just not a good experience that was a total of 500 for 6 appetizers and 3 entrees 3 desserts 6 cocktails and a baby pasta.

Great overall experience. Service great (thanks to Frank and other staff). All food (burrata, proscuitto, figs & hazlet nut, escarole & beans, Grouper and eggplant rollatini) was fabulous. And coffee and cannoli outside at the fire pit ended a great night.

Went in for a special occasion and they made us all feel like we were family. Pay close attention to the specials menu because even though the core menu is fantastic... the specials are Chef Darryl & team time to shine... Go, just go and you may never leave!

We never had a less than wonderful meal there. I am partial to the flounder. The salads are great, not just huge chunks of green,, smaller fork ready size pieces. Free valet parking is a big plus and a wood burning fire pit to keep you warm while your car is being returned.

We had an enjoyable ladies night out. There was light entertainment with a singer/musician. Noise level was low, valet parking a plus. Food was delicious, a very pleasant evening all around.

Gargiulo's is a great restaurant, and I always really enjoy my dining experience here. On this visit, my friend and I shared the Gargiulo salad and then we each ordered the eggplant rollitini entree -- both were excellent! I love the comfortable ambiance here because you can actually have a conversation with your fellow diners, unlike many other restaurants in the area. Service is usually excellent, but unfortunately this time, it was a bit lackluster. The support staff were all very attentive, but our server seemed to be distracted. She did not come back to check on us after she took our initial order, and I had to flag her down to order another glass of wine. It was fairly busy so I understand that perhaps she was busy, but it's a small restaurant, so I was bit disappointed. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

This was genuinely the best meal I've had in years. My girlfriend had the Rigatoni Bolognese and I had the Fettuccine Gargiulo and we were blown away. I even texted my whole family about the meal right after saying we have to go. I'll be back in on Saturday!

This is a delightful fine dining restaurant. All of our food was delicious, especially the calamari appetizer which was baked. Our waiter provided pleasant, helpful, and attentive service, and the caring owner came by our table to check on our dinner experience.

Food and service and ambience are fantastic. Have gone back twice and will continue. Highly recommend

We have dined here many times before, but this evening was very disappointing. The service was abysmal. The waitress took our order and disappeared. Never checked if we needed drinks etc. When our caesar salad arrived it was drowning in dressing. We could not find anyone to address this. We finally got a hold of the manager, Victor, to get a refill on a soda because our waitress was nowhere to be found, and when he Brought it, and asked how is everything, I told him about the salad. He said that I should have said something, but again, our waitress , no one, was anywhere to be found. We left with no apology. We we will not return
