You know I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the amount of disrespect from these two ladies today with the filling me all over the store being very condescending and rude facial expression very nasty .. so sad to see the store go because the general manager is so poor but the two ladies today are very mean spirited and they don’t need to work for this company period

Customer service is lacking at Hanesbrands (New Jersey Premium Outlet). Asked salesperson to show me a Hanes product similar to L'eggs pantyhose, which they no longer sell. Salesperson could not answer my question and pointed me to the shelved Hanes products they now carry. There were no display samples to make comparisons. No not intend to return to that store.

I haven't been to this store since the beginning of the pandemic, so it's been a couple of year. Always found the staff very helpful and friendly but on this occasion did not have a good experience at all. As soon as me and my shopping campanion walked in we can see no associates on the floor to assist customers. There was one cashier and 2 other employees but they seemed to be just standing around at the the register not doing anything. When i went up to pay i asked the associate about a discount i would be receiving and she got really defensive telling me in a rude manner that because they had "ibms" it would be taken off at the end for me not to worry in a condescending manner. She seemed very stressed and on edge and made me uncomfortable through the whole transaction. The other associates did not offer to help. This has to be the most awful experience i ever had in this store.

I had the best experience at the Hanes Store in Tinton Falls. yesterday. A Diana took care of me. I am 88 and was having a problem getting fitted. She knows what she is doing and helped me pick out the bras. Since the pandemic there was nobody helping you. She was kind, helpful and I will remember her in my prayers. I ended up with three bras. Thank you Diana for who you are. patty ryan. Thanks also for the directions to get to you.

I had the BEST experience at this store! Two employees Mary and Denise went above and beyond to help me find the correct bra, I was so happy I purchased 4. These two women are excellent at customer service and know how to make someone feel comfortable and very knowledgeable about the correct fits. Don’t go anywhere else! Top of the line!!!
