Yo, yo, check it, we’re here to pasta the test,
A spot so fresh, put it to the rest,
Art Deco vibe, with that Roadhouse feel,
Bringing heat to the plate, that’s the real deal.
Chef’s got skills, classically trained,
Every bite hits, like a jazz refrain,
Menu’s got flavor, you won’t find it down the street,
Unique Italian dishes, bruschetta so sweet.
Pasta’s on fire, sauce in full swing,
Each plate’s a masterpiece, make your taste buds sing,
Small plates, big flavors, it’s a whole vibe,
Authentic Italian, no need to take a ride.
Owners putting heart in the dough, no doubt,
Every detail’s locked, they know what it’s about,
Warm service, cool ambiance, real smooth,
This spot’s got that rhythm, you’ll be in the groove.
Flavors so deep, they’ll have you in a trance,
Like a jazz solo, each bite’s got a chance,
Ravioli, you’ll be happy you came,
This place is fire, no shame in the game.
Hiku:
Flavors so sublime,
Art Deco and heart combined,
Italian dreams shine.
My party of two went for dinner on a Saturday evening and in general we would describe our experience as unimpressive. We selected Nettie's because it was recommended to us but even more than that, there were items on the menu that we saw on their website that influenced our decision. We were disappointed to learn that the menu at the restaurant didn't have the two items that we wanted, and in fact there were a number of items listed in the menu on their website that were not offered. Our table server was unable to explain the discrepancy though we really didn't expect that she would be expected to explain it.
We had the Noppoloni (sp) wine which was very good as was the bread. The music playlist was nice too.
As for the meal, we found the portions to be small and the prices high. We both had the flat iron steak and the honeynut squash and we found these dishes to be average and were on the lukewarm side when served. The olives appetizer was good and the fried mushrooms were average.
The dining space was dark such that I used the candle to read the menu, and it was noisy with ongoing conversations of diners and the music that was playing.
We were asked on two occasions if we were satisfied with the service so service appears to be an area of focus for the restaurant. We responded that we were satisfied. It was only after we left that we thought that we should have mentioned our disappointment with the other aspects of our dining experience.
We spent $200+ for dinner for two including three glasses of wine and we think that was too much to pay for what we received.

Definitely was not impressed with this place. I like to be able to order my own meal and there wasn’t a lot to choose from so we had to share the meatballs were gross. The pasta was OK and it was way overpriced. I will not be returning.

The food was outstanding! Super good food and the prices weren’t unreasonable; however they were a bit shady at the end. We had a party of four and they added an automatic 20% gratuity at the end when that is supposed to only apply to parties of 5 or more. Besides that, when I asked about adding a meat to my pasta the waitress would not tell me how much the up charge was until I asked her three different times. That was unfortunate because I really liked the food there, however I would still recommend it. If you go, the creme brûlée and mango sorbet are AMAZING. I also really enjoyed my vodka pasta. My party highly recommends the calamari, and the bread was absolutely to die for.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration 9/11 at Nettie’s! Sat at the bar, service was impeccable, the roasted cauliflower delish, chicken parm and cavatelli special were off the hook and amazing. Cannot thank the staff enough, their attentiveness and personal touches made the night!!!! Oh the Pinot Grigio was spectacular!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Nettie’s From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm, inviting ambiance that perfectly complements the incredible food. The menu offers a fantastic variety, with organic farm to table options.

Nettie’s is a great place to enjoy cocktails and a delicious meal with special people. The flavors will take you on a journey. The atmosphere is lovely and service is excellent. Mackenzie took care of us and all of her recommendations were great!
Everything we tried was yummy and no issue with the portion sizes. Highly recommend for dinner with friends, special occasion or day when you want to try something new in a creative environment. Love the phone booth at the entrance. I look forward to returning soon.

Trapped in our house due to a power outage, we were looking forward to our reservation but mother nature had other plans. Instead of having decency, Netties decided to hold firm to their reservation policy. No wonder they have open availability on Prime friday during high season. Disappointed.
Netties by far is one of my favorite Italian restaurant, I haven't been to many places that can compare. The pasta there is so rich you can taste all the different notes of flavor in each bite, from the branzino to the meatballs I can say this because I been here many times. When you drive up it may not seem like much but when you walk in it's like you walked through a portal aesthetics is in them romantic well light, music at the perfect volume, even have a disco ball...lol and to top it off the service you will get here is very personable, service and professionalism is definitely is a priority I always leave thinking about the next time I'll be back!!!
Thank you Netties for always good to me!!

It was good but not great. There were some hits and some misses. The menu is somewhat limited and everything is a la carte. The highlights were the house salad, the beans and escarole and the vinegar chicken. The misses were the roasted cauliflower, the bronzino, the chocolate cake and the espresso martini. In my 50+ years of life I have NEVER sent back a dessert but at $15 this dry, bland cake with mascarpone whip with zero flavor had to go back!!
