Refused to serve a chicken combo that took 10 minutes to prepare and server had 5 minutes to clock out. I thought yu were here to serve customers.

Sat for 16 minutes, while I watched 2 people who ordered after I did get their food... Food came out barely warm. No cups available other than mediums, burger was completely inedible - like... absolutely garbage (nuked cheese, and rock hard burger patty). They also used a weird bread/bun on the coney as they were probably out of normal ones. Would have been nice to know that. All in all, normally I'm fine with Sonic, but this location has gotten consistently worse every visit since last October-ish. Needs new management, and it's painfully obvious. I frequent Sonic all up and down the east coast... Worst visit yet goes to this location.
