Love the coffee, bummer that whipped cream is $1 extra even though most drinks are $7-8 already.

This coffee shop is such a cute concept. The employees were very sweet and provided amazing service. I just wish it wasn’t so far away.

Nice new coffee shop. Coffee was mediocre but passable. Food was surpriisingly good. There were nice merch. The color way of the cup was nice- off white ivory with plum purple brown hues. U can tell they tried to make the place nice, which they pulled off well.

We visited this coffee shop and tried a regular iced latte, cold brew, lemonade, the s’mores latte, chocolate chip cookie, and the Tabby cake. While the s’mores latte was pleasant, it wasn’t particularly memorable. The other items ranged from average to underwhelming—the cookie had far too much flaky salt, overpowering the sweetness, and the Tabby cake, despite its aesthetic appeal, was the least enjoyable, with a hard chocolate shell and bland interior. The café itself is quite small and doesn’t match the spacious, curated vibe often portrayed online. If you're a Coach fan, it's worth a one-time visit for the novelty, but those seeking quality coffee and ambiance may want to look elsewhere.

Very good place to have a coffee and have some tasty sweet treats. And of course you can go before or after some good shopping at Coach itself or other luxury outlets nearby.

Loveeee this coffee. A cool experience and not more expensive than any other coffee shop. I do think the tabby cake was a rip off, it’s cute but it’s like a giant cake pop and not worth $12.

A neat addition to the Coach store at the outlet. Branding of the space is on point with the staff dressed head to toe in Coach gear.

Coffee and mocha were a cut above regular franchise coffee, not spectacular, but their pastries were really good.

Service though... have you ever been in a store where you have to walk up to a counter and ask if this is where you can order? This is it. If I didn't go out of my way to order, the employees would have stayed mute and standoffish. Highly unprofessional compared to their counterparts within the retail store, where they're always warm and friendly.

One good thing about the staff here though, when they noticed a mess, they did keep busy cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the space.

Overall a good place to try once for the experience, but not a repeat kind of store.

This is a quaint, quiet and robust coffee shop found in the outlet mall. We came on an overcast day but am sure this would be a great accoutrement to a sunny day!

The staff were pleasant Justin, Nora, and Jeanette were amazing and courteous. They handled a large crowd with deft professionalism and unrequitting patience.

The coffee was delicious. I had a red eye and my partner a matcha latte. Both came in about 8 minutes despite the foot traffic which, for perspective, there was over 30 people within the shop at the time. It was hot and the cups/straws decent.

There’s ample seating and the bar table comes equipped with 2 retractable plugs so you can plug in your electronics. The seats are aluminum and okay for comfort. I wouldn’t sit in them for a long time.

The ambiance was chill yet hip.

Prices are decent.

Overall a great experience. A good little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the outlet and guaranteed you’d be able to take a breather here during busier months esp. in the summer when it’s hot.

The coffees were delicious. I was told the blueberry muffin was well made. The Tabby Cake was more like A thick brownie covered in chocolate hard shell. It was very rich in chocolate. The cafe is small and connected to the actual store. It was a cute experience.

Dropped in here to grab coffee while shopping at the Outlets. The coffee shop is on the corner and gets great sunlight with plenty of tables inside although they were mostly full when I visited on the weekend. Staff was very friendly.
