My husband and I considered this restaurant as "our spot" until we had our family reunion there last summer. I did underestimate the number of family that showed up but it was obvious that the restaurant wasn't prepared. The wait staff was minimal and the owner wasn't gracious nor available but was there at the restaurant. We weren't given a time to be out but was angrily rushed out! For a place that we frequented for years is now a place I wouldn't ever go to again. Very disappointed!

Alforno's Pizza took my money and didn't deliver food: I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years, but i will never order food from here again. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment and was treated with no respect, called a liar by the owner, and was never payed back by the store. I ordered food around 1:30 A.M and waited patiently for food that never came. Staying up till 4:00 A.M with no phone call and no food delivered. The next day I called back and they promised to either refund me or get me the food. Hours went by and still nothing, i called again and was given the same answer that they would "take care of it". Now at 12:30 In the morning i make one final call to get my money back. The owner answers and calls me a liar and claims that i ordered something completely different for s much cheaper price. However, i have the screenshots proving what i ordered and that i spent 25 dollars. Eventually i was yelled at and hung up on by the owner who told me to "call grub hub", which he promised he would do hours earlier. The grubhub employee confirmed with me that Alforno's received my order and he called the restaurant to get my refund. The owner REFUSED to give the money back to the grubhub employee even with the proof in his face. My money was stolen and i was yelled at because of it, called a liar, and hung up on. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS. Do NOT waste your money at this business, theres a good chance it will be STOLEN just like mine.

Alforno pizza is perhaps one of the most atrocious, disrespectful, terrible business i have ever had the displeasure of encountering. The audacity of the employees and owner of Alforno pizza is unprecedented and i refuse to spend any of my money on such a despicable restaurant. personally, i ordered food for delivery from Alfornos pizza which was delivered to the wrong house or stolen by the delivery person. due to this, the owner of Alfornos offered me a large discount on my next order. Then, when i called to use this "large" discount, the owner abrasively yelled at me that he only would offer a 3 dollar discount, to which i replied, you never said that, to which he actually yelled back at me through the phone (keeping in mind that i kept a respectful tone) that the 3 dollar discount is all he said he would give us. I replied, no thank you, and i was hung up on. Terrible terrible business, never have i ever been treated with such disrespect by a business. absolutely unacceptable. also their delivery time is always over an hour which is also atrocious. do not order from this restaurant. 1 star.

I was hoping for a new late night spot to eat and was very disappointed. The tzatziki sauce for the chicken gyro was clumpy and spoiled and the quesadilla was burned. The broccoli bites were mushy and the fries were cold. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing most of the food out. I wouldn't order from here again. Writing reviews isn't even my thing but I figured I'd throw out a warning. Many more local spots to support in the area.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Only after making my order they told me it would take an hour to get delivered when it was already so late in the night. When I requested to cancel the order because I didn't want to wait that long, they were very rude, put me on hold several times, and hung up on me twice without finishing the return. The next day I called to finally get my money back, the manager took the phone and completed the return, but was UNBELIEVEABLY rude and told me he didn't do the return the day before because I had an "attitude" which is totally untrue because he was the one to hang up before the return was complete and put me on hold several times. When I called the store the next day to get my money back, I tried to make the process easier for them by keeping the order because it was already paid for. He rudely said 'no' and said didn't want to deal with rude customers like me when in fact he was the rude one. Then after making return he should have done the day prior, he then told me to never call back again as if I was the one at fault and not his EXTREME incompetence. I was NEVER going to want to order from them again so it makes me laugh that he thought so highly of his small, poorly run, terrible pizza place.

TWO SLICE LUNCH REVIEW The first time I stopped by Alforno's Pizza a few weeks ago it was closed without explanation. Finally returned to check it out yesterday. The shop is one of those Mexican Italian hybrids. Mexican soaps on the telly, tacos on the menu next to standard Italian fare. There are quite a few in the area. They seemed to be doing some rehabbing in the kitchen because the walk-thru from the counter area was partially blocked by a refrigerator. I liked that they only had one pizza in the display case, rather than the multitude laying around in most parlors. Pies were made to order at least that day. A good thing. Still, I only wanted a couple of plain slices so I did not request they make a new pie for me. I asked that mine be reheated well done so as to achieve max reanimation. That was exactly what I got a few minutes later. Black singed edges where the cheese touched hot metal and a slight darkening of the surface from the oven dragon's breath. Well done well done. I prefer crisp crust that can hold it's point when lifted from the outer edge. This test failed as the inner half collapsed under the moisture and weight of the topside cheese. Yet, the upper half was stronger and drier and held up well. Crunchy good with a nice flavor. In fact, that part of the pie was pretty good. The sauce was a little sweet and played well with the crust and cheese. Just wish that was so throughout. A little rebalancing of the cheese distribution on the pietop might fix this problem and result in a totally delicious pizza.

I ordered from here and stupidly didn't look at reviews beforehand. It's almost 2:00 and my order was supposed to be here by 1:00 at the latest. Now I just got a text saying that my order was cancelled. Terrible.
People are so nice, pizza was delicious. I don't understand why the place had such bad reviews because the owner is really nice and the food is super fresh. I do recommend their delivery it was on time pizza was hot

Delivery times are EXTREMELY slow! Ordered a salad and 2 appetizers and it took over 90 mins to be delivered. Once it arrived the appetizers were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Terrible. Would not recommend ordering from this place unless they get their act together. They also don't seem to care either cause they have reviews on yelp and grub hub all stating the same thing.

I ordered several sandwiches from Alforno's one night. They forgot half of our order and the woman who works the front desk was very rude when I called and told her that we were missing food. This has happened to us before with this restaurant and I will NEVER get delivery from them again.

Worst experience Ever! Had our food delivered and ordered a slice of Buffalo chicken Pizza and they just basically cut up chicken and threw it on top of a plain Pizza. I ordered buffalo wings and got regular wings that was cut in half and threw sauce on top. That's not all I also ordered chocolate milkshake and basically got chocolate milk!!! oh the best part was when the delivery guy called us and said "I'm out side" he seriously was waiting in the car. NEVER EVER order from there AGAIN!
