Dubai Restaurant & Bar

For starters, this restaurant should not be advertised as ‘Dominican.’ It is an insult to real Dominican restaurants that serves authentic Dominican food. The taste from this food is so far from it that I could say it is more of Middle Eastern cuisine. It tasted nothing like Dominican food. Plus, they did not include a soda can and a tres leches dessert which was part of the delivery order, but did not arrived. I will never order from this restaurant ever again and never never will I ever recommend it to anyone as a Dominican restaurant because their food does not taste like the Dominican food I am used to as a native Dominican myself. Please please, hire a chef who understands Dominican food and most importantly knows how to cook authentic Dominican food.

My personal opinion for the restaurant area is zero (0). We arrived for dinner, they only brought us the menu, the place was empty and we sat for 40 minutes waiting for our order to be taken and we had to leave the place. Very bad service

Over the last 7 years, this was my first visit to Dubai Restaurant and bar..although, l didn't order much of their food, but the atmosphere was conducive, and their services were so awesome. Those beautiful ladies served their customers with utmost respect ?? and smiles. There was a security guard at the entrance to search bartenders for the safety of customers..l think that was so awesome ?..

Good food, cold beer, and cocktails were okay. Went on Saturday with my wife, and there was a live dj spinning today's music with the old classics, which was nice and got the dance floor going. I came here on accident just for the food and had a good time. I'd definitely go back on a Saturday night for food, drinks, and the music.

I'm not a huge fan of Spanish food, but this place made me change my mind. We ordered takeout from here and the mofongos with the lechon and the monguitos with pork made me so happy. These were the best dishes we've tried from there. Everything else was delicious too, including their octopus, fresh vegetables, and their carne asada with onions. Would love to order again.

I order pasta with chicken and salmon. The chicken and salmon was over cooked. The pasta was bland no taste had to go home and doctor it up cause I didn’t want to waste my money. I let the waitress know I wasn’t satisfied she was like I’m sorry that’s it.

THIS IS NOT A DOMINICAN RESTAURANT, food was horrific, we had to express that to the kind waitress, the sancocho was horrific tasteless and watered down, the other dishes flavoredless and simply bad, the waitress confirmed the cook was not Dominican, was from South America. Place not very clean, flies everywhere, we went for lunch. Never again. It used to be Dominican owned, new ownership is not Dominican.

I bought Japanese rice but it had too much salt, I think the cook dropped the salt, I could only eat a little bit because it was too salty.

The place was good. Felt welcoming. The server was by herself but she tended to everyone in a timely manner and was very nice and attentive. I had 2 piña coladas they were so good and the sancocho was delicious. Can't wait to see what it's like at night!!
