I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an incident involving one of your employees, TAMELA DAY, who has displayed both unprofessional conduct and racist behavior toward Hispanic individuals, both in person and online.
TAMELA DAY has made discriminatory remarks about Hispanic people, including calling ICE and posting a video on TIKTOK about it. These actions are completely unacceptable and go against the values of respect and inclusivity that this company claims to uphold.

Do not eat at this place please! This location is entirely and maliciously taking advantage on inflation. To the point where their raising their prices almost every week or two. Every time I have disappointingly and forcibly came back to this location, their prices on their menu skyrockets. Pretzel dogs at this location is 8-almost 9$ for a small cup of pretzel dogs! I can get a biggie bag from Wendy's, and 3 small frosties along with it. Not to mention the customer service was very ignorant, rude, and terrible. The guy look like he hated working there and every time he talked it would be like a Mumble or whisper then when you ask him what did he say? He would respond back with an angry demeanor and tone because he has to repeat himself, from mumbling!

I ordered a pretzel, two dips, and the mini hot dog pretzels. Paid around $15 for it all. All I got in the bag was the pretzel hot dogs. I tried calling but its not in service or something. May I please have a refund for the remaining $7.
Cheap jerks won't give out a cup of water but they'll sell you a bottle for $4. Don't support these gouging jerks.
