I had no idea a pretzel could be so good!!! I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome. Service was fast and when I got my pretzel and drink, I was so surprised! If my train wasn’t arriving soon, I would’ve gotten another. 10/10

Worker was scratching their arms, didn't wash it then proceeds to pick a up gloves. Hit their co worker with it then put it on to kneel dough. If that's not unsanitary I don't know what is!!!! Simply disgusting.

This location never takes the auntie Anne rewards app, they will just tell you “their machine is broken” every single time.

This location has a big sign on the register that says get the app and get rewards. So I try to use my reward at this location and they told me they don't do that. How do you not if there's a big sign right on the register? So it works every other time except for when there's something you can get for free?

pizza pretzel was horrible I must say. DO NOT BUY! This one time me and my husband happen to try it and it was bad. It was tossed right into the garbage because we didn’t have time to return it yesterday due to our train ride being at 1. I know better then to order that disgusting hard and dry flavorless pretzels anymore ..
