The food always look old and crusty. The chicken is pre sliced and is never fresh. The guy didn’t use gloves before adding chicken to my plate after i ask him to. They’re always out of vegetables. The service have really gone down hill. I can’t imagine this place being open for business to much longer.

Disgusting. The place literally looks like it’s closed down from the outside. Food is not up to par with typical Boston Market locations and it was one of the dirtiest locations I’ve ever been. I don’t think the bathroom had been cleaned in months (no lie) I’ve been in porto potties that were cleaner. Glad I’m not in this area often, so I’ll never need to return.

It's hard to give a place a good review when it's nothing to review. I went to Boston Market on April 29th at 7:45 pm they no white. I left and went to the Rt. 33 location (should've started there)!! Crazy me, I tried it again at the Olden Ave location (mainly because it's closest), and sadly, once again, the choice was wrong!! They had no rosterie nuggets, lemonade, and gravy...wth. Over it, next time I get the taste for Boston Market, I'll make that trip to the Hamilton location (rt.33).Vegetarian options: They have several vegetables and other starches.Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu

The meat loaf was super salty and tasted weird. No poultry gravy. No salt and pepper. Corn was rubbery. Broccoli was cold. And we did dine in. Everything was in individual containers. It’s definitely gone down hill.

bunch of young kids with no manners. And been here numerous times where they ran out of chicken. Like how??? Never again. Wont recommend. I’ll just drive a few more miles to another location

MaC was wet and not soft(or not cooked long enjoy. Sweet Potato Casserole was not hot, corn bread was cooked on the bottom but not at the top. So sides werent cooked long enough. The chicken was ok. Told the manager and she was willing to give me something for free but i denide due to those not being cooked. My first bad experience there.

Went thru broke drive through which needs alot of repair and upkeep, the 1 item I went there for they were out of "chicken pot pie" so I ended up with 1/4 white chicken which was burnt and cold with a side of creamed spinach which was good and Mac n cheese which was beyond watery - dripping actually and the cornbread was also burnt. So basically I ate creamed spinach and the rest was garbage. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll ever go back to this store on Olden Ave.
The chicken for kids meal I was supposed to get a thigh and leg and juice box. They gave me 2 legs that were fried or something their was hardly any meat and they had no juice box. Not happy with the food.

I fear their quality control is loosening. The store was cluttered as was the areas behind the counter. The personnel were friendly. Food verged on overcooked. No chickens cooking and food in the wells were almost empty.
