Just went through the druve then and got home and I'm missing a large fry amd onion ring. This is the 3rd time this has happened. When I order food I expect to get everything!!!

This place is disgusting I wanted simple nuggets and a burger the cashier looks high doesn’t have to motive to work and the manager is fine with it this place disgust me I would not recommend coming here

Cashier charged my card for the wrong items and continued to tell me to check the bag. As I explained the receipt she handed me wasn't mine she caught an attitude and SNATCHED the receipt out my hand. Very rude, I've never experienced such treatment! I even took the time to calmly tell her that it wasn't my receipt and he behavior was very unnecessary and rude. All she had to do was charge my card for the items I ordered and hand me the correct receipt.

Their burgers are always cold. I don’t go often but every now and then I have a craving for a burger and each time it’s cold. This is the only location that serves cold a** food. They could do better with the staff as well

Drive thru window was good 6/2 10pm I came to pick up DoorDash order their computer wasn't printing it but they got it out in no time It's really great

First of all, the person working the drive thru was not too friendly... Then they refused to give me any straws (not even paper straws) for my 3 drinks because they got new lids you can drink from, even though the lids have holes for straws....As always, I had to ask for ketchup for my 3 orders of fries. Then I realized they didn't give me a receipt so I went inside to get one (so I could fill out the survey). However, they then said the receipt machine was not working, did not say they were trying to fix it, and never apologized for their inability to give me a receipt.

Shortly after visiting BK on Notthingham Way, I caught strep throat. I ordered a small frozen drink, which they didn’t have, and was provided with a small soft drink with a clear coffee lid. They were not able to provide me with a straw so I drank from the lid. I should have been more careful since the same guy who collected money, touched my cup.

After the reconstruction of the building, it has a much nicer interior and looks modern. Beautiful customer service.
