My fish wasn't hot, I don't like the person who is handling the money to turn and pack the food especially the fries which are open in the bags. It's totally unsanitary, especially since we're still dealing with the flue, COVID and other illnesses. People at the counter, and the drive up handles cards and money without protection of gloves or sanitizer before food handling.

Before stopping here with kids know that the play place seems to be permanently closed! But sign just says "closed today" but looks like they're using the space for storage. Really disappointed drove out of our way. They need to take off their website that this one has a play place because it doesn't.

So, I went into the store to get lunch today and was then was unofficially greeted by a Spanish young lady. She took my order in which I asked to be for Dine-In not Takeout. My food was still placed in a brown bag and handed to me as if it were for take out????I then asked the assistant manager could my food be placed on a tray instead of being in a bag.....the young lady Nancy told me she already bagged it up and handed me a tray to do it myself ???I asked her to do it a second time and she said that's why I gave you a tray???O was so disgusted I kindly sat the food back on the counter and asked for a refund. I would never come back to this place ever I'll ride across the county and go elsewhere before I come back to this location.

The manager is rude as well as staff they ignore you and can’t answer questions. And a few months back gave me a raw beef patty when it was supposed to be an impossible whopper. When bring it back the same manger acted like he didn’t want to give me a refund like it was coming out of his own pocket. This location has gone down hill since the new manager I won’t come back here again..
