Fast delivery, but the food wasn't what I expected. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak and got some chicken sandwich? Also the wings were sweet and drowning in sauce, not "Buffalo" as it said on the menu but they were okay overall.

Horrible customer service. The new black woman they hired is extremely rude ! All the neck rolling & excessive hand movement is unprofessional ! She doesn't know how to speak to customers yet I'm paying with my hard own money. Smh. A customer training lesson is necessary.

Planned to order from this place for a late night snack... they would not accept card over the phone and apparently did not have the funds to have a credit card machine to give to their delivery drivers... before I could even say goodbye, the person who answered the phone hung up on me... unprofessional, no care for the customer...rude... and if I had to take a guess they have roaches... turn away from this establishment

I placed a order with the I would assume manager around 12:33 for delivery he told me my total and that it would be an Half hour I said okay thank you hung up . I called back at 12:42 to add honey mustard to my order and that time I had spoken to a lady . It was now 1:36 am I call back to Check on my order and the man started being very rude saying I never orderd and to come pick it up how my house was only 2 blocks and hung up on me twice ‼️

Ordered two chicken Roman's one with no bread for delivery 50 minutes later got one Roman and a grilled chicken breast called said they would take care of it sent cheese and sauce to be thrown on top. Very poor customer service from staff and management. Manager told us not to order again. Took their mistake out on us. Would never recommend and will make sure people know.

The absolute worst customer service in the industry. Over cooked dry chicken from a restaurant that’s name literally contains the word chicken. To top it all off it’s not even what I ordered. I ordered buffalo chicken and got sad excuse for chicken leather strips I suppose were at one point chicken tenders. Poor things didn’t stand a chance. They sent a strawberry milkshake for someone with a strawberry allergy , when they were notified of their mistake they said that’s not our problem...? Well who’s problem is it then? Terrible I can’t give 0 stars so they begrudgingly get 1.

Friendly, clean, quick service, relaxing outside atmosphere, and great food ,I always love eating here ! Cheese wedges are amazing n burgers are delicious as well as the wings
