Ordered a hot cappuccino tasted only like milk
Seems like all the drinks that have milk they just put too much you can never taste the coffee

Came in the drive thru 5 minutes before closing they waiting until 8:00 closing time as they were staring at us on purpose and not helping us then got on the head set and gave an attitude so disrespectful

I only go to places if they have a 4.review and up.I went to this place.The woman at the register had a wonderful smile.They were fast with fixing my coffee.The guy in the lobby was cleaning and sweeping.The restrooms are clean great place

Do not go to this Dunkin, last time we went they only filled my dad’s coffee halfway now this time we went they almost forgot the hashbrowns and then the donut. The lady working the drive thru literally flipped my dad off for complaining. I’m disgusted and extremely disappointed as this one used to be a good one.

Very poor customer service. Three young ladies were rude and had no concerns or acknowledgement of customers waiting and gave customers attitude when asked who was working the front counter. Not worthy of my business or money. Additonal custumer service training could help but needs to be applied.

Bad experience. Because I bought 2 regular coffees and it cost me $9.76 and they also came with a half because the other half was Piera foam. I think they are overpriced and it was a large coffee and a medium one. I think they are overpriced. The price is too much.
