Do not go to this Dunkin, last time we went they only filled my dad’s coffee halfway now this time we went they almost forgot the hashbrowns and then the donut. The lady working the drive thru literally flipped my dad off for complaining. I’m disgusted and extremely disappointed as this one used to be a good one.

Very poor customer service. Three young ladies were rude and had no concerns or acknowledgement of customers waiting and gave customers attitude when asked who was working the front counter. Not worthy of my business or money. Additonal custumer service training could help but needs to be applied.

Bad experience. Because I bought 2 regular coffees and it cost me $9.76 and they also came with a half because the other half was Piera foam. I think they are overpriced and it was a large coffee and a medium one. I think they are overpriced. The price is too much.

My Breakfast was ruined.Today I went to Dunkin donuts on South broad Street to get me a bagel with cream cheese and a cold brew latte, when I got home I drank my latte first and then I opened my bagel when I bit into it I noticed there were hairs in it. And I'm not talking about my hair (I have braids) it was thin black hair that looked like the tips had been dyed reddish in color. But I noticed it was on one half of the bagel so I threw that half out, but as I go bite the other half there is more hair on this half of the bagel . At that point I was completely disgusted, disappointed, and pissed because I wasted $7.66 on a bagel and latte and the only thing that was fine was the latte. I mean that's not a lot of money but I could have kept my money and went somewhere else or made my own. Y'all really do need to imply the wearing hair covers for your employees cause this just unacceptable and nasty ??.

Was charged two times on my card. When I tried to call the phone kept going to what sounded like a fax. Finally got through and was hung up on. Also never have I complained that my orders are never correct. It’s more convenience going to this one over other Dunkin’s. Very disappointed.

Stopped for coffee and a dozen donuts, coffee and donuts were real fresh. The guy at the drive up window was very nice!!
It’s pretty good to be honest. I actually live near Dunkin’ Donuts, so I go there a lot. This location makes a lot of mistakes. And mixed up a lot of orders. One time I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese croissant but instead of the croissant they put bagel. The drinks are pretty okay. And the food I guess is pretty okay too. For the donuts, one time I came to this location and when I just finished ordering I saw many flies and mosquitoes around the donuts, pretty nasty. And yeah that’s all.

everytime i order an ice coffee all I get most of the time is cream & ice in the cup, the drink be looking all white ?, doesnt taste like an actual ice coffee at all, paying almost 4$ for a drink I would expect a decent drink at least, but instead get some nasty bullshit? that I end up not drinking, I been lucky the very few times ive gotten a drinkable coffee/ice coffee from this place & Not only at this DD but a few other locations too, I guess the quality of the coffee has changed or since everything is expensive they were told to make horrible quality drinks pure coffee water we get that's what it is?
