I would give a higher rating but when you order a turkey sausage croissant and a pork sausage croissant and they don't mark which is which and you have to look up on Google how they look just to tell the difference, that's poor service. Do they not understand that they look the same? How can we tell which is which if you don't mark them? Please have some common sense.

The first customer service was rude. That acted like they're so nice to us. And our food was so cold, and the cheese was disgusting on my grill cheese ? . Never coming here.

The Services is horrible the guy taking your order is on a rush!! What else what else?? He keeps saying!! I was the only car on the drive thru. I order a coffee and he didn’t validate promotion of a free donut.

I only get drinks from here. It is the slowest DD I have ever experienced and pretty messy behind the counter. I get it when u are busy however, they weren't and someone should have been wiping counters and such.

In response to the reviewer, Ainur Zhanibek. I know exactly who you're talking about at this location. Although she is not the manager, this young lady contributes a lot with the flow of the store to try and make it as efficient as possible. If she yelled, I can guarantee you that it's not her screaming at the other employees and more than likely she just had to get loud in order for an employee in the back to hear her to come up front and assist while she's still doing her job instead of pausing everything to go in the back to grab said employee. I have witnessed the amazing relationship between the co-workers and the way they joke with each other. No need to feel bad for any of their employees because if you frequent this establishment, you'd see what a sweetheart she is and how the staff there is like family to each other. She also has great relationships with her customers, myself included. The way she speaks with each individual customer is based on how well they know each other and each customers personality. Like a customized relationship, if you will. You shouldn't base your review on what you THINK you know rather than facts.

there’s a barista with piercings and dyed hair (don’t know her name) who’s always screaming at customers and employees. I honestly feel bad for the other employees. I work as barista too but you can be nice. There is no need to scream and yell. If she’s the manager i don’t think she fits the position whatsoever.

Just wanted a butter bagel! Pulled up and was sitting there nobody asking me what i wanted! So I said HELLO HELLO, HELLO is anybody there? Nobody answer me! Pulled up to a very RUDE young white JERK! he said to me we don,t answer to be who yell! I said was i yelling he said yeah! He would not wait on me! Who owns this place they have to be losing a lot of business because he did not want to work! i don't drink coffee never will go there anymore he must spit in your coffee!

I was having a problem with the app. I loaded points to get a "free" drink but for some reason it was saying that it was already used on the store computer. I showed the staff several times in several places that it was marked active but they insisted that I was lying. One staffer laughed and mocked me and the younger staffer insisted the offer was expired bc the date was 9/24 and today is the 25 but we're in August not September. Completely horrible experience with horrible people. This was already my least favorite location bc of past poor experiences with nasty staffers but today has proven why I will never go there again. This location is closest to my work but I will go out.of my way to patronize another location after today's rudeness.
