Ordering coffee how I like it seems hard to get right. Im always having to ask them to fix it.

The person got my order wrong. I had my own cup and they wanted to charge me$1 for ice. Other lady at counter don't know if she was DD worker or not put she was eating at counter. What I orderrer was good and got it quick though, once they got it right

I can't tell you how many times THEY mess up my coffee/drink and tell me I have to pay for another whole drink for them to make it again. This is the only Dunkin' Donuts that iv ever been to that try and charge you for every little thing when there menu items are already a little more expensive then any other dunkin iv been to. Iv also been given the wrong change numerous times, they always keep an extra dollar or two and give me a bunch of singles I guess assuming I won't count it. I just don't feel welcome there. Wish I could have given a better review.
