I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years & I’ve experienced some questionable things. But my recent visit last week was by far the best experience I’ve ever had here. I noticed there was a new manager(Ayodeji)who was Extremely attentive & kind with every person who came in. Even the employers were on point & courteous. Hope this new order, stays the same. Also hope they will consider excepting/giving points through the app like all the other Dunkin’s I visit in the tri-state area.

They were in a noon rush and slightly understaffed but still came out with a perfect brown sugar shakin espresso and freshly prepared Dunkin wraps and tater tots. Workers were extremely kind and efficient, and on top of everything despite being shortstaffed. Genuinely made my morning and it was the best Dunkin I've ever had

Avoid this Dunkin, had 20 minutes before my train thought was plenty of time, all I ordered was a plain toasted bagel, Saw the bagel literally sit outside the toaster for about 10 minutes as flies flew on it, then they proceed to put cream cheese on it by mistake which I understand happens, then instead of prioritizing my order nothing really happens and at this point my train is arriving in a few minutes, couldn't even get a refund because of the cashier line is now five people deep and I risk missing my train

This place sucks. They have a million rules to even order. No coupons. No $50. I waited in line for 10 minutes just for one of the people working to say they weren’t doing a y more food. Simply because they couldn’t keep up. And mind you they had 5 people behind the counter. This place is definitely in need of new management.
