I’ve been going to this Dunkin for years & I’ve experienced some questionable things. But my recent visit last week was by far the best experience I’ve ever had here. I noticed there was a new manager(Ayodeji)who was Extremely attentive & kind with every person who came in. Even the employers were on point & courteous. Hope this new order, stays the same. Also hope they will consider excepting/giving points through the app like all the other Dunkin’s I visit...
They were in a noon rush and slightly understaffed but still came out with a perfect brown sugar shakin espresso and freshly prepared Dunkin wraps and tater tots. Workers were extremely kind and efficient, and on top of everything despite being shortstaffed. Genuinely made my morning and it was the best Dunkin I've ever had
Only reason this place isn’t 1 star... for the morning shift, there are two ladies who are always nice and on top of what they are doing, usually one receiving coffee orders and the other on the register, the rest are very unhappy and make it very obvious and look like they need a better nights rest. The heavy set gentleman is the slowest of them all with NO sense of urgency. He messed up my order and when I told his colleague, a younger woman with a facial piercing, she just...
