They never fill your cup up fully, they close there store at 3pm I want to know who makes the rules at this place also the donuts never seem to be fresh , it’s like a whole in the wall every Dunkin they close the lobby to there Dunkin at 12 I’m so unsatisfied with this place it needs new management.
Well where do I start walked in this Dunkin and there was over 10 employees in front of me and the manager running the drive thru we were standing there totally ignored finally I grabbed someone's attention they came to help confessed but tried helping there was people walking out it was just unbelievable with all those worker's and couldn't get it right this stores seems very busy but the manager needs to call a meeting with his employees and read them the riot card your here to do a job if you don't like your fellow employees get a new job cause it looked like nobody liked each other anyway bad experience with all the worker's it should run smoothly

I was just a little disappointed in this Dunkin Donut because they messed my order up I ordered a coffee and wind up with a hot chocolate then when I explained to them it's not what I ordered I wind up then paying for coffee and not getting the refund for the hot chocolate this is unbelievable

I ordered the spider donut, it was supposed to have the legs and eyes but we received an orange donut with a black head and that was all. My daughter was very disappointed ?

I have never in my life tasted food as disgusting as I have at this location. I'm here on business and this was the first place I find. The food is awful, then they tried to charge me $3 for two cups of ice!! Glad I didn't get it because I'm sure the ice tastes awful too. I'll never eat anything in Jersey ever...idc
