I've been to Foodwerx Cafe twice. The first time I got a chicken sandwich in a lettuce wrap. That wasn't really a sandwhich as much as a piece of Chicken on a couple of pieces of lettuce. In january they really spruced things up by adding a salad bar. Prices were VERY reasonable for build your own salads. I haven't been back since COVID.

Great for a quick working lunch. Vegetarian options available.

The food at this location is OK. But the safe handling of food is questionable. The other day I witnessed the grill cook handle raw meat with a gloved hand than use that same gloved hand to handle lettuce, tomatoes and cold cuts. They don't seem to want to change gloves when they are contaminated . This morning I watched the cook with gloved hands lean on a garbage bin to reach for pretzels stored below a prep table next to the grill then use the same gloved hand to place pretzels in with the sandwich. Serious food safety training is needed.
