The young lady in the back cooking is sort of friendly but the lady at the cash register is rude and unwelcoming. Overcharging for a small portion of food. Paying $22 for a kids portion meal is ridiculous and unfair. Food is tasteless and the rice was dried and hard

I was visiting the area and was excited to find a Caribbean restaurant. Well, my hopes were quickly crush with the less than inviting customer service. Waiting for this establishment to redeem themselves with the food quality..... Unfortunately not. The portion of chicken was two measly pieces. Not enough to satisfy an adult man. Probably not even a child. I should have known when during prime dinner time the place was empty. No idea how they are in business.

The place smelled like mold, The lady at register was so RUDE. We are spending $50-$60 one sitting and you act like you are doing us a favor, we are rather trying to support you ungrateful, unmannered being. She is rolling her eyes and acting bored. You are killing your business lady. Very bad manners. You can't be serving people and you act like we are bothering you. I am never coming back to this dump nor recommending it to anyone

You guys can’t never make an order properly, for the second time I got the wrong order but the worst thing y’all just put a bunch of vegetables (onions,lettuce, cucumbers) not being aware people can be allergic to anything. Now look at me sitting without no food bcs some unprofessional folks put cucumbers in my food, mind you I paid for it.

I ordered brown stew chicken and black rice and this is what they gave me!!!! BOILED CHICKEN AND RICE AND PEAS! I was so ready to eat and watch my show and that just made me super mad. BEWARE YOU MIGHT GET SOMETHIN DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU AND TELL YOU THEY RAN OUT OF WHAT YOU WANT, THEY WILL ASSUME YOU WANT SOMETHING ELSE

I ordered via Uber eats and really wanted to like this place. I ordered the oxtail and griot. I ordered a side of black rice with one and a side of plantains with the other.

1. Both delivered with peas and rice and two or three plantains

2. The oxtail was really tough, which was disappointing. The flavors were good.

3. The griot was not flavorful, which was disappointing.

All of the food was very oily. Sadly, I won’t return here for a second experience. Reading the reviews, this seemed to be better when they first opened. I can’t speak to customer service outside of my food not being delivered correctly without a phone call.

The food tasted amazing but if you get a large it doesn’t cut it. I ordered the large chicken it only came with 3 pieces and a large oxtail only came with four pieces. Oxtail was mostly bone.

I never ate here but I attempted to. Don’t know if the lady that was in there was the owner but she is RUDE! These people need to remember it’s a privilege for people to spend their money with you. I came in and asked if they had something on their menu (can’t remember what exactly it was I asked for). This lady barely said no then immediately walked into the back. Like what??? What if I considered ordering something else? Never going in there again, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS GOOD FOOD. She won’t last with that attitude!!! I rebuke that spirit !!!

So here's the thing.ConsA.) They DO always run out of food.B.) They do NOT open/close on time.C.) The service IS rude/dismissive.D.) Potion sizes for the cost are questionable.However...,ProsE.) The food is delicious.

The food taste good but I got sick after midnight. Felt like I had no energy

This place just opened so if you want a taste of Hatian cuisine, this is the place! The food is fresh and delicious with nice portion sizes. I hope they are here to stay.
