Hamilton Tavern is a place where you can go, let your hair down and enjoy yourself. The staff is friendly and the owner Pete is a great guy. There's a bar, a few TVs and a jukebox. There are about 4 or 5 small round tables beyween the bar and take out beverages where you can make yourself comfortable. They allow you to order food (delivery or take-out) from area establishments and eat it right there. Basically they do everything they can to make you comfortable. Perfect casual place to stop for a drink and just relax.

Nice place to visit run into a lot of Old Friends haven't been up in the Trenton area quite a while.
This somewhat seedy bar isn't without it's positives. 1 of they only family owned bars around where diff members of the family tend bar daily. Also it features clean restrooms and a great game area consisting of a pool table that is in good shape,pinball machine and also an electronic dart board that allows u to play with ppl all over the world. Pretty cool! No food on premises and if ur expecting a perfectly made mixed drink that's complicated..forget it. Ur getting a ton of vodka or tequila and a splash of whatever it's supposed to have and it's going to taste like straight booz. Great if u wanna get hammered.. not great if u enjoy a mixed drink that tastes how it should. But the bartenders are very nice and are good to talk to. Definitely a great place to go if u want to go hide in the back and play pool and not b bothered.

This place is like CHEERS where "Everybody Knows Your Name"! There's never any confrontations and everyone has a good story to tell. It's nice to be able to relax after a hard days work and sip a very cold beer. I love Hamilton Tavern!!! Peace Out peeps!!!!
