I was gonna go to Hala Brothers but wanted something different and healthy… let me tell you this is the place to go. My small platter was 14 bucks and came with vegan pepper, steak, cabbage, and rice with Black Eyed Peas. The flavors were there. I have no complaints.

9 min walk from the Trenton Transit Center and so well worth the trip for the lentil patty. Delicious.
My Husband and I had a Vegeteian platter - everything was delicious - the Mac and cheese was vegan not to rich but light - the cabbage was not overcook and lentil and chickpea patty was to die for as well as the carrot cake - the owner was friendly and it was real nice place - I wish I lived closer but I would definitely come back and the owner said he caters - so for me that was nice to hear - anyway the food was delicious - satisfying
Best black bean burger I ever had. Service wasn't the best but the food made up for it. Owner was very friendly though.
