This place is DIRTY. The waiter tonight was so rude to me and my family. My husband and I took my daughter here because she lost her Aunt over the weekend and this was one of her favorite places eat. Almost have half of the eating area was filled with dirty dishes on most of the tables. We were placed in the middle of two dirty tables. Our waiter tried to pull a fast one on us and charged us with extra meals we didn’t eat and she still got away with a few extra charges we didn’t notice rite away. If I could give this place no stars I would. Completely just disappointed.

I don’t think I have ever been so neglected and ignored as a customer, I felt as if my voice was unheard and that my presence was essentially meaningless. Slow would be an understatement, we didn’t even get a single refill of water across 6 people. Absolutely pathetic dennys would never do this to me or my companions, in what world do we leave a restaurant parched needing water because our waiter forsakened us after we waited 20 minutes to be seated.

They really have a senior discount. Ihop goes above and beyond helping seniors with discount meals. Not many other chains come close. I love their pancakes and omelets. This particular place service is really good, friendly and fun. Thank you IHOP

I live nearby and have been here quite often. Always had a good experience. Service is very good, clean dining area and bathrooms, food quality is good. At peak times, such as weekend mornings, this can be a good option as there is usually not much of a wait time, whereas other diners in the area may be busy.

For some reason, and I guess it will be ihop's reason, they can NEVER bring out hot food. What gives it should always start out hot and get cold as I take my time to consume it. Oh, well. Do better IHOP it's time.

Service - Not bad. Average. Blah greeting. Water glass never got re-filled.
Food- Eggs over easy were great. Butter for toast was so hard I couldn't spread it. Hash Browns were just ok - and I'm a fat pig I love hash browns---but - -- just ok.
It was. very cold inside--- everyone had coats on. Yes it was a cold day but - a restaurant for dining in should have the place warm.
There's better food, and at lower price, with better service out there. This is a "NO" for me.
