Just moved into the neighborhood and ordered 2 pies and some garlic knots. The service was pretty quick but the quality of the food wasn't anything memorable. Accept how dry the Garlic knots were. There was no garlic oil in the tin or garlic cloves on the knots. It tastes like it was pre made and reheated. Dry and hard knots. The pizza was ok.. at best

How do you make a pizza and put no cheese on it?

This place is generally very good - the pizza is thin and the sauce has a nice taste. However the last few months there has been a “stinky” aroma coming from the cheese. Almost smells sweaty. This place makes a delicious pie so I hope this is addressed soon, because I’d hate to be eating expired ingredients. Please look into this before we order again!

The staff is always friendly to my daughter (currently 3 years old) and I when wr ho in to pick up pizza. I feel that pizza is a family experience and the atmosphere is almost as important as the pizza itself. Never have I had an ordering issue and food is always made with the requests I make, "well done pies".... we order from here at least once a month and they never disappoint!Kid-friendliness: Theyre always friendly to my daughter. She's other shy side but the staff always stops today hello and good bye to her. That means a lot to me!

I Will not be going here again. The pizza was disgusting, had no taste. I only ordered cheese pizza. The difference between a medium pizza and a large pizza is they stretch the medium dough out very thin, almost transparent. The pizza lacked quality and drastically lacked flavor. It had a lot of salt and grease though. Enough grease was running off the pizza to fry chicken. The pizza was absolutely NASTY!

Personally, I felt that the food lacked a little seasoning.

Horrible horrible horrible. Pizza was burnt crisp. And when I asked cook about it he gave me attitude. So many other places to go with better pizza and better service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have eaten there several times and today was the last time. My husband ordered half trays of food and when he went to pick the order up, he was told he ordered full trays and had to pay for them. To avoid a conflict, he paid and left figuring we would just have leftovers. The food was awful! There was pepper on the garlic bread and the meatballs had so much pepper in them, they were practically inedible. The chopped anti pasta salad was soggy like it had been sitting there for days and the chicken franches was like rubber. I don’t know what happened to this place because it used to be decent but we will not be returning.

First - let me say that I've never had a bad pizza from this place (that's both before AND after the pandemic.) I don't go here often (just a bit too out of the way) but always look forward to their pizza. That being said - they really have a problem with telling you what things cost - just a little too 'fast and loose' and you can't get a straight answer when you ask. I understand that prices go up..."subject to change" - as they've pointed out to me in the boilerplate of their menu. But I really feel that I've been 'shellgamed' the last two times I've ordered takeout from them. Three or four weeks ago when I ordered a 'pasta fagioli' from them - it was listed as $4.99 in their handout menu. When I went to pay, it was $5.99..."subject to change" they said. Fair enough. I just went back and ordered it again - and they charged $7.99! upon which I looked in their hand out menu on the counter and it now reads $5.99. So...make sure you ask what EVERYTHING costs BEFORE you place you order - as you really never know with this place! I wanna give them my business when I can - but this sort of thing really leaves a bad taste. End of the rant.

I ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats. The estimated time was 40 minutes. After maybe 20 minutes there was a driver assigned to the order. After another 10 minutes a new driver was assigned, and an added 35 minutes were added to the estimated delivery time. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and the man I talked to was incredibly rude. He told me the pizzas were on top of the oven because I chose *pick up* instead of *delivery*. I already had two drivers assigned to deliver! I told him this and he ARGUED with me. I would've understood a change in drivers, I would have even understood if they made a mistake in marking it as pick up instead of delivery, but I do not understand how this man can be SO RUDE to a customer! I've used yelp only once before, this was offensive enough for me to use it again. I can't even rate the food, the experience was just awful.

I just ordered a pasta dish from them tonight, I had indicated whole-wheat, and linguine as my choices. The app allowed me to do this. Then once my food arrives, I see that I was given penne, instead of linguine. I call them immediately and the employee I spoke to says that for whole-wheat, the only option available is penne, that there is no whole-wheat linguine. Well, how was I supposed to know that? And if that was the case, once I indicated whole wheat, why did the app allow me to choose linguine? This employee was rude and condescending and kept telling me that they didn’t make a mistake because they delivered whole wheat pasta like I had asked, and he kept overlooking the fact that I was given penne instead of linguine. This restaurant should have called me to clarify my order, once they saw that I indicated whole wheat and had chosen linguine, they should have called me and told me that linguine was not an option if I wanted whole wheat. I hate penne, but am now stuck eating it with this dish because I paid for it. The employee didn’t even offer me a partial refund. I will not be doing business with this place again.
