Worst service ever and lazy likely because of their timing. I ordered garlic bread and they gave cheesy bread instead. I’m lactose intolerant. I had paid extra tip for the Uber delivery since they had the delivery man wait for so long. And then they didn’t give my order for dessert either. Shameless and incompetent is all I have to say. They then refused to pick up the phone when I called before closing time. The lack of care and effort is appalling tbh. Please do better for other customers and especially for other delivery drivers. You don’t deserve to partner with Uber Eats again. This was a waste of my money and a waste of the Uber delivery persons time. Do better.

Used UberEats. Missing my brownie dessert and none of the food was sealed!!! Looked tampered with. Delivery driver was a dark skinned man when it was supposed to be a white woman. That is up to the restaurant to verify!!! Never ordering again!!!

I wish I could rate them a 0. Had my delivery sent through doordash from this location even though I ordered from another location. The delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong address. I called immediately and reported it to their 800 #. They said they would issue me a refund, however, I had to wait 10-12 business days to get my money back. I tried calling this store all night long to report it to them as well and they never answered their phone even though I continued to call the next day. Four weeks have passed and still no refund. Today I checked my account and it’s overdrawn because they had the audacity to charge me again for the order that I never received instead of crediting me. I had to call them again for the 5th time and as usual they say that they are escalating the call and now I have to wait another 72 hours. They are beyond stupid and ridiculous. I will NEVER order from Little Caesers again or deal with Door Dash.

It's Little Caesars, you know what you're getting. Last time I was there I didn't see anyone but my order was ready in the pizza dispenser and it was good. I don't know if they never warm up the sauce for the crazy bread or if they just didn't do it because it was getting late but I wish they would have. I'm not mad about it though because if I was making minimum wage and trying to close the store the last thing on my mind would be warming up a pizza sauce.
