Mama D’s is THE TRUTH!! My husband and I are new to the area and wanted some good soul food. We called and placed an order which I picked up. I didn’t realize I was talking to Mama D in the flesh when I said, “I hope to see you again.” She responded “You’ll be back!!” We were thoroughly impressed - and stuffed - just like the containers of food we ordered!! We THREW DOWN on oxtails, collards, wings, Mac n cheese, green beans, Lima beans, and stewed chicken! Mama...
Let me first say that I googled this place after seeing the reviews I drove 40 minutes just to have soul food and let me tell you I wasn’t disappointed at all! Wow best soul food I have tasted to the mac and cheese to the oxtail and collard greens! Definitely recommend this business! I will be stopping by again ✅
Man I stopped by here for lunch an when I tell you this is some REAL GOOD SOUL FOOD!! I had meatloaf, mac n cheese, collard greens and a side of yams...Everything was cooked from scratch and had great flavoring....I will stop by again if I'm ever back in the area!!! The owner also served me and was a great spirit....That also plays a role in making REAL GOOD AUTHENTIC SOUL FOOD!!❤️❤️❤️GOD BLESS ❤️❤️❤️❤️
