Worst Mcdonald’s in the states. I placed an order through the app and used my points to redeem an item, but the staff refused to provide it. Additionally, both the worker and the manager were unprofessional and rude in their response. This experience was frustrating, especially considering I had already spent my points.

So I tried calling the store (got a weird Verizon message), then I tried contacting them through their “contact us” portal also weird message so here I am.
I pulled into the drive thru (500 or 501 Chambers St.) ordered steak, egg and cheese McGriddle meal with orange juice. I pulled to the first window paid. Second window I was handed my orange juice, waited a little, then was asked to move to courier parking spot number 2.
After waiting maybe 5-8 minutes someone brings out my order and apologizes for the wait. Everything sounds ok right? Not really.
I get home, bite my McGriddle and I get a disgustingly crunchy salty bite of what has the texture of rubber. I open up the sandwich and there is so much salt/steak seasoning on this burnt rubber thing they tried to pass of as steak that I could’ve seasoned six more. So this is what I waited for. I want my $10’s and change back.

The worst Mc Donald’s restaurant in NJ. The entire staff is Hispanic. The staff is only concerned with their fellow Hispanic customers. If you’re not Spanish they don’t give a damn about you. Like if youre not Mexican why are you in here?

Every time I'm in here I'm being ushered out by some big security guy while the cops are there. Idk why McDonald's is wasting money on security when the cops are there too, plus he ruins the experience. Will be going to any other McDonald's.

Very bad today, 04/12/2024, they took me out of the restaurant because I was with my friends and I realized that she was going to slap me and the cleaning lady started to threaten us.
If I could give zero stars to the person who served us, I would give them to him because the service was so bad. The truth is that he should be nicer. If we asked him something, he closed the window and made a face at us. What a shame.

Overall good food, prices rising up but still affordable. Customer service is top tier, as there have been occasions where I've been given cheeseburgers instead of 4 McNuggets on my brother's happy meal and got them replaced fairly quickly without any problem.

Since this location opened about 10 years ago the service and quality of food has gone down drastically since then. The grease used for their fries and nuggets taste disgusting and is extremely noticeable. If I’m eating fries or nuggets why do I feel like I’m eating a filet o fish. This is extremely unacceptable for people who spend their hard earned money to eat a decent meal.
