My initial visit to this establishment was over a year ago, it left me with a negative impression. Due to poor customer service, I chose not to return. However, due to weather conditions and a visit to a nearby store, I decided to give it another try hoping for a different experience. Thinking that perhaps everyone has an off day now and then. Unfortunately, my second visit was just as disappointing. While I was placing a very simple order glanced over, two staff members proceeded to look directly at me laughing and talking about me in another language. As I noticed their interaction, my mood shifted from feeling happy to being uncomfortable and confused. It was clear they were disparaging me for no apparent reason, despite my being polite and kind. The prices extremely high not worth it. It’s hard to understand why any paying customer would be treated this way, especially when they’ve done nothing but show respect. This experience was unsettling and unprofessional, and it has solidified my decision to never return. Two strikes are more than enough—there’s no need to try for a third. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a great place to sit down and have breakfast on a bagel. They also make really good bagels, I have discovered this place through the phone app called too. Good to go, I highly recommend this app. But because of this app I have brought my grandson here several times for breakfast on Saturday mornings.
Parking: It's a standard strip center. There's plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: I don't know how to describe kid friendly except to say that it is a place I feel comfortable bringing my grandson into.
Wheelchair accessibility: I stated before this is a strip center, so wheelchair accessibility is guaranteed.

So I've had my fill of bagels, don't consider myself an aficionado but have a wonderful pallet. Now if you call yourself a bagel place you better bring it and unfortunately this place is not bringing me the bagels. I've tried this place 3 times now and each time has brought nothing different except the price which is no different anywhere else.
my man wanted food today ( sunday aug 4 ) and it says they was open til 4 pm and we get there at 3 pm and they closed now my man mad and hungry ! fix ya hours please .

Just moved to Ewing from Hamilton. The pork roll egg & cheese had literally one slice of pork roll which is beyond pathetic and the bacon on the bacon egg & cheese was so chewy I ended up not even eating it. Two of the worst breakfast sandwiches I've ever had.
