First time customer and is just the first of many trips. The strawberry shortcake was amazing! The cream puffs, Euclairs, and cookies are fresh and delicious. The staff was nice and helpful. The experience and taste is so good I plan to go back this week and order a birthday cake for my husband's birthday at the end of the month.

Went here for the first time since they changed owners and it’s way different. Woman (who maybe was the owner or manager?) was being very micromanaging to all her employees and getting frustrated/giving them an attitude right in front of all the customers. When they went in the back all the customers started commenting how awkward it was. Not one employee smiled the whole time I was in there. Also the selection in the cases was not nearly as good or filled as it was when it was under original ownership. Time to find a new place.

Old Nino's was better in every way. Whoever the new owners are, your customers notice the pastries getting smaller, thinner frosting, and the pasticciotti filled more with air than custard.

Nina has the best cookies and the best danishes and the best cheese and cinnamon bread ever the customer service is there is wonderful. It goes way beyond and the manager Sandra is a wonderful person and she does great bacon and they have a great cake decorator and the girls are wonderful.

Everything is spectacular. The only suggestion I would have is in the cookie arrangements there are too many base/plain cookies with sprinkles. then there's like five cookie styles that you only get one of each. 1 fig, 1 biscotti, ect, ect It was $96 put a few of each!!!

Don't come here for custom cakes. We had a terrible experience for my son's birthday cake we ordered two cakes for him -- the first one fell apart before I even got home (10 min drive) and the second one didn't have any decoration on the top so I asked them to just write "happy birthday" in basic colored icing and they said they couldn't do it because the baker wasn't there. So I wound up doing it myself.

Nino's is a wonderful bakery with delicious freshly-made goods. Items are modestly priced. I like that you can make purchases by "tap to pay" besides cash or card. Very convenient!
Their walnut ring is to die for! It's a definitely favorite. I always try to pick one up for special occasions, and it's always a hit! It does tend to go quickly, so if you don't want to be disappointed, call ahead, and they will hold it for you. Great service!
The woman at the register was rude and impatient with me. I bought a ricotta cookie with metal residue on the edges. Some pans are lined and some aren't, not sure how they decide that, but when I asked what the pans are made of, they just said "metal". They gave me my money back, but really they lost my business with how they treated me. (You can't tell me the pan they're laying on ISNT beat up)
I wish they would just line all their pans and not be rude. Their recipes aren't as good as they used to be anyway. (The cream in the cream puffs changed) a shame bc they were the best.

Top notch pastry! Ninos just underwent renovations, so counter staff appeared a little out of sync, but that did not at all effect the cannoli's.... Gone in seconds... I will stop when in town.
