I ordered a custom two tier fairy/woodland themed cake and they made it incredible. So easy to work with, lots of options. I would definitely order from them again!

This is not the Ninos I know two years ago. I know the daughter has a new bakery in Newtown with sane quality and flavors. This one is abysmal don’t recommend

Unfortunately, the desserts were all very heavy and dense for my liking. I prefer very light and airy desserts, which is why I was a bit sad to find out that the cream puffs and eclairs are filled with cannoli cream (which I don't like) instead of whipped cream or something similarly light.

I also found the lobster tail to be rather stale with no crunch to it, perhaps because I came at the end of the day and the lobster tail had been sitting out all day.

Still, the customer service was great, and I realize that there is an audience for dense desserts, and I am simply not part of that audience. My dad really enjoyed the food from here, so I think it just depends on the person.

Ordered a birthday cake on the website for same day. The purchase went through and took my payment. I called a couple of hours later to confirm and was told that they do not recognize online orders. Luckily I called to check. My issue is why have an online platform if it is not working.

I have been and my family have been faithful Nino's customers since they open their doors back in the '80s. But since they have new owners we have been so disappointed with the quality of their pastries they are dry and no filling very skimpy cheap you can hardly find the cheese in the cheese bread or the cinnamon nut in the cinnamon bread. The cakes are dry and in the cannoli cake that I would always get for 30 years are dry and also tasteless. I bought a rum cake today just to taste there was no rum flavor at all and the whipped cream was horrible. Quite frankly I think that ShopRite pastry is better than this. I went there today to give it one last try once again I was very disappointed I will not be going back. 30 years of birthdays Anniversary, weddings and more. I would never thought that I would have ever said this about my favorite favorite pastry shop and how many people I have sent there through the years goodbye Nino's pastry shop. I guess all good things must come to an end. Nothing lasts forever but it does break my heart.

I used to order cakes from here before was not aware this was new ownership , I ordered a cannoli bday cake and it was the most awful dry tasteless cake , what a disappointment ended up throwing out the cake in the garbage.

Cool shop. I got 2 pieces of cake canoli and carrot. They know what they doing. Legit on point not too sweet allowing the rest of the flavors to shine decent taste. Very good.

First time customer and is just the first of many trips. The strawberry shortcake was amazing! The cream puffs, Euclairs, and cookies are fresh and delicious. The staff was nice and helpful. The experience and taste is so good I plan to go back this week and order a birthday cake for my husband's birthday at the end of the month.

Went here for the first time since they changed owners and it’s way different. Woman (who maybe was the owner or manager?) was being very micromanaging to all her employees and getting frustrated/giving them an attitude right in front of all the customers. When they went in the back all the customers started commenting how awkward it was. Not one employee smiled the whole time I was in there. Also the selection in the cases was not nearly as good or filled as it was when it was under original ownership. Time to find a new place.

Old Nino's was better in every way. Whoever the new owners are, your customers notice the pastries getting smaller, thinner frosting, and the pasticciotti filled more with air than custard.

Nina has the best cookies and the best danishes and the best cheese and cinnamon bread ever the customer service is there is wonderful. It goes way beyond and the manager Sandra is a wonderful person and she does great bacon and they have a great cake decorator and the girls are wonderful.
