I had the maple latte and the vegan breakfast empanada. It was hands down the BEST coffee I’ve ever had. The empanada was a little different than you’d expect regarding texture, but the flavor and crisp made it for me. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Amazing little coffee shop and very reasonably priced. I wish I lived nearby to enjoy One Up One Down more often.

First time at this great coffee shop in Trenton, and the atmosphere was lovely, A little folk music playing, my Cappuccino, was one of the best I have had in years. I will be returning ?Dietary restrictions: Oat Milk, Soy Milk. Macadamia Milk and Pastachio Milk options.

I came in and Eric was nice enough to make a decaf pour over for me, which was delicious. Awesome specialty and third wave shop, friendly and laid back atmosphere. Great selection of fresh coffee beans as well.
Was just traveling through Trenton and am so glad I stumbled through this shop. Top notch coffee and also friendly staff. The Cortado I had was INCREDIBLE. I also love cycling so all the bike stuff on the walls was rad. Long story short, go here.
