The staff is typically stupid either outright messing up orders or you have to repeat your name, its spelling and what you ordered MULTIPLE TIMES in which they will repeatedly look at your completed order and can not find it even though they just looked at it, and then check the system to confirm it is complete before they finally find it after looking at it and reading the label more than 5 times previously.

I don't recommend this pizza, so the dough is not risen or kneaded like bread dough it's very heavy. The tomato sauce is very sour, and the cheese is not evenly spread or layered.
I hope you consider these things to improve it.

Owner tried to blame it on the delivery drive r that they forgot our sauce for our pizza bread when the sauce is sealed inside the box and not the side. Owner didn’t want to fess up on the error or try to rectify it. So if your order is wrong don’t bother calling in.
Last night I went there to pick up a mobile order, and the manager refused to give me the order, he triple checked the computer and when he confirmed that it was my number, he gave me the bag and then he pointed to the camera that was on the ceiling and he told me “look at the camera, I have to make sure that you don’t steal the order” he was very rude and I felt very uncomfortable.In my opinion, that is an unrespecful behavior, he was very unprofessional.

Richard is amazing!!! I don’t really like Papa John’s, but since Richard always washes his hands and is very clean, I go there to eat when I need something quick.
