I've never dined in, but my team and I order staff lunch from here about twice a month. I honestly could eat the pollo al ajillo every few days... it is sooooo good! I always get the same thing every single time lol. Ask for extra sauce if you want to top your rice with the chicken. The food is fresh and flavorful. I always look forward to our lunches from Pura Vida!

I ate very well but at the bar there was an arrogant boy. I asked him what the price was for the serves because for two he charged me $15. He told me that one was worth $6 but for two he charged me a percentage of I don't know what because I was paying him cash in addition to the It's hard to return the change until you ask him, the bartender is something white and has a ticking clock.

I don’t know. I’m seriously disappointed. The prices are going up and their quality and quantity bad. A picadera ordered online. Very disappointed. In the pic. That’s half a picadera (medium). Super small thin slices of everything.
We always liked to order from Pura Vida, now possibly the cooks have changed and it's like voting for money, the 4th time it happens to us lately, the food tastes ugly or bad. Constructive criticism I hope they improve the kitchen.

We used to love this place, until they changed their chef or something. The food is absolutely horrible, we tried ordering again today to give it one last chance, but it did not succeed, the food has no flavor, and things are either under cooked or over cooked. I hope you guys solve this

The service at this place is terrible, on my last visit on December 30, the bartender didn't even say hello and didn't ask what we were going to drink, simply with a gesture with his head as if to say what they want, so we ordered two drinks, we ordered the bill and it seemed to me that the price was a little high, (like in all bars) out of curiosity I asked the price of each thing, the bartender with a horrible attitude almost shouting answered the prices. It goes without saying that after paying we did not finish the drinks and went to another bar, not because of the prices but because of the service, because one goes to consume and expects pleasant treatment, instead we received treatment as if we were being given a gift the drinks... Needless to say, I won't visit that place again.
