Where to start? The owner, who we've met, is a complete jerk. Several friends of ours who've recently attended affairs at Rho have complained about the slow service and the food not being served until very late. Also, we were told that the staff seems generally disinterested in putting forth any effort. We were considering having an affair at Rho until we met with the owner and read other negative reviews from former guests.. So glad that we decided to book our event somewhere...read full review
