The first time I went there a month ago I had a great experience and the food was delicious! Today I miscommunicated and ordered over the phone incorrectly. The man in the front was not very understanding he said to me I can’t read your mind, what am I supposed to do with this order now if you don’t know come into the shop. He is not wrong, but gosh jolly gee wiz his delivery was awful. I felt like a 62 year old child. I said to him, sir I will pay for the mistake. How can we correct the order and we did. I ended up paying for roti bread that I did not even want and gave it back to him after I paid for it. Their food is good no complaints but I hope they read this and have more understanding the next time that a customer makes a mistake. Because of the way he spoke to me. I don’t think I’ll be patronizing again anytime soon.

PS I think the key is knowing what you want and how to order in this establishment.
I was going to bring friends, but now I’m not. Customer service is everything.

While ordering I asked twice for boneless goat and when I get home there were bones and I paid extra for boneless and now I feel like I was played!

I bought curry boneless chicken. It was horrible and dry as hell. Never going back; too expensive for inedible food. Spent $26.66 for food that has to go in the trash.

The food has changed since my last visit. It's unfortunate that I had to update my review based on my recent experience. The chicken roti was dry and the chicken inside the roti had no flavor because it was huge chucks of chicken inside. Basically no seasoning. I was very disappointed.

Im part Trinidadian and its hard sometimes to find a fantastic place like this. The food and atmosphere of this establishments is phenomenal so many different choices to eat and enjoy. Any West Indies who wants excellent food this is the place to GO. 🇹🇹 🇹🇹 🇹🇹 🇹🇹 🇹🇹

Super friendly owner that makes great Mac & cheese pie. Veg doubles were delicious. Love the hot sauce. Veg patties are very good as well. Enjoyed my sorrel drink. My husband was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Immaculate counters,etc.

Huge portions of delicious and reasonably priced food. Don't skip the curried goat with roti. Doubles are also delicious. Staff/ owner was super helpful in describing and explaining menu items when I wasn't sure what to get. Excited to return and try more.

I ordered a rice platter with jerk chicken, another with stewed chicken and an order of the butter flaky roti…. The food is amazing and exactly what I needed. Portions are generous and the flavors remind me of an authentic home cooked meal for the soul. The owners are very friendly, keep up the good cooking, see you next time.

This place is incredible and a gem. Would absolutely drive back out to eat here again. The shop feels like a place for friends and family, and serves up some of the best Caribbean food in the area.

I got the Boneless Curry Goat ($19) w/ Channa and a Peanut Punch ($6). I haven't had goat this tender in a long time, and the Channa was cooked so thoroughly, the chickpeas were nice and tender/creamy.

Highly recommend getting their scotch bonnet hot sauce on the side too if you can handle it. Perfect combo with the meal.
