Just order a meal of a 2 combination of boneless spare ribs and a vegetarian lo main and they charged me for the full meal of 35$s and only dropped off a large boneless spare rib no combination and some random vegetables in a container which isn’t my usual order and told me that if I wanted to “correct” my order is have to pay another 30$

Solid Chinese American food with fast delivery. Everything we order has been tasty and hits the spot. Some favorites so far have been crab rangoon, cold sesame noodles w/spicy sauce on the side, kung po shrimp.

I adore this spot! They offer tasty food, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that spot is a professional, I enjoy a lot eating all their dishes. The dishes are consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is agreeable. I often eat in this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.
Royal chef was my go to place for Chinese food for the last two years. Their customer service has gone downhill. During Covid I have ordered pickup from them about 3 times prior and have had no issues. I ordered a combination platter of chicken broccoli and a small veg chow mein around 6pm and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. They didn't seem to have a great system going on as the girl in the front was constantly running back and forth. They should have had her stay up at the front since there were multiple customers waiting. Myself and others had to ring the doorbell multiple times to get her attention. I got my order on time, and paid but wasn't given my receipt. Thankfully I checked the bag before leaving - they gave me the wrong order. She was about to hand me the correct order but somehow failed to say that there was only 2 out of the 3 rolls that I ordered and tried to offer me 2 cans of soda instead. She told me I'd have to wait another 10 min and I said I'd wait because I already paid for it. The process took about another half an hour of waiting instead because other customers had issues as well. I live about 5 minutes away from this place and by the time I got home the food was warm and lost its taste. I opened the food bag and instead of chow mein (which I was under the impression is thin stir fried noodles) and instead it was just a pint of vegetables in some kind of white sauce. I called the restaurant 4x and they did not answer. Was super disappointed. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

This restaurant use to have good quality food since the pandemic it's gone down rice taste old general tso was overly fried and greasy very disappointing because there price have gone up

Pork with garlic sauce was very tasty, a bit spicy than I am use to (but in a good way) and with plenty of pork. Pizza roll was good. Singapore Mei Fong was tasty. Crab rangoons were typical, perhaps slightly sweeter. Food was delivered when expected.

Massive nosedive in quality reopening after a Covid shutdown. A rare place where I could get a tasty good chop suey (old fashioned dish) b4 Covid. They shut down so I couldn't get it, but reopened and I was thrilled. Sadly, their chop suey is now a vile brown sauce misery that I literally threw away. Sad. I won't be going back.
