The food was delicious overall but the service when ordering was horrible they were rude and had so much attitude and didn't get my order right the first time. I'm not the type of person to be mean at the servers but they were rude to me when I was nice

Price gauging at its best or discrimination at its finest? I visited the restaurant around 9pm to buy one 2 liter Pepsi and was charged $6.40 .. unauthorized tip, plus sale tax after swiping my card and asking the amount charged and replied in Spanish as if she doesn't understand or speak English...in other words no blacks allowed or you will be overcharged...my reply to her was I'm calling ICE ..

I made a quick visit here on a Saturday afternoon. Asked for coffee, I was too late for coffee. Then the sweetest girl behind the counter could see I needed a cup. She made me a double espresso. This was so nice and coffee was excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. This restaurant is bright and clean. Little gem in the middle of Trenton NJ. I will be back for dinner.

The food was very good but the person who answers the phone is not polite, today I placed an order that arrived incomplete and instead of giving me a solution he told me that it was a kitchen error and that he was not responsible, and that he had nothing else to do that was not his problem. Very bad experience, if I could give you zero I would give it to you.

Customer Service is terrible!!!!!!! I bought an encebollado and they gave me about 3 pounds of cassava and I didn't have any fish and what little there was seemed like waste like they opened a can of tuna! Small pieces of fish, not even Yerbita had the onion! What is an onion without Yerbita?I called to talk to them, give them feedback so they can improve, very kindly and the girl closed the phone on me! It's not the best encebollado but it's nothing worse! It's not the best Ecuadorian food but there's nothing else around! I ordered a Bolon days ago and they put white onion in it and it didn't have the traditional fresh cheese, they put a cheese that melted and looked like cement! You couldn't eat the Bolon it cost $12!!! And it was Fatal, super dry, it didn't even have any butter! For today's encebollado I paid $25 plus two chifles and a horrible water with very hard yucca and wasted fish! They are not friendly, they have enemy faces there! I'm never coming back!
