What is an onion without Yerbita?I called to talk to them, give them feedback so they can improve, very kindly and the girl closed the phone on me! It's not the best encebollado but it's nothing worse!It's not the best Ecuadorian food but there's nothing else around! I ordered a Bolon days ago and they put white onion in it and it didn't have the traditional fresh cheese, they put a cheese that melted and looked like cement! You couldn't eat the Bolon it cost $12!!! And it was Fatal, super dry, it didn't even have any butter!For today's encebollado I paid $25 plus two chifles and a horrible water with very hard yucca and wasted fish! They are not friendly, they have enemy faces there! I'm never coming back!
