Truly the only place you should even consider eating at when you visit Trenton. There is parking around the corner that's free on weekends! Also accessible by multiple forms of public transit! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Atmosphere is absolutely adorable and the staff are the friendliest people you've ever met in your life. It's also incredibly evident that the owners care about the community, and will go the extra mile for their customers. The food is a little expensive but well worth it, definitely make a trip if you're in Mercer County, it's also an incredibly adorable part of downtown Trenton that is a pleasure to walk around... All around they get 5 stars from me!

My hubby and I found this amazing hidden gem on Instagram and jumped in the car for breakfast and I am so glad we did ! Tori was our amazing server and was charismatic and kind and gave us amazing service . The food was beyond delicious and the peach mixed drankkkkk was addicting ! I order the waffle & chicken with side of potatoes because that wasn't home fries waiter was good , but she was the owner. Food was ok I was looking for wings thigh or chicken besides precook chicken 2 chicken fingers that u buy and throw them in grease for 4 to 5 min. Paid $24 dollars for a $11mealan and I didn't even get a drink just water an than add a service charge and still looking for a tip. I would not go back.The people are nice respectful but way over price for me.

For a 1st time customer I will never go back... Service was great until I got home and seen that you guys put cinnamon in the pancakes and never mentioned it... I'm allergic to cinnamon so I never ate my food... However my best friend did say he enjoyed the fish and grits...
Skil-Lit has been added to our must visit when we come through Trenton again!Immediately upon entering we were greeted by smiling staff and felt welcomed. What was even better was when the co-owner themself greeted us and thanked us for coming. Thats service you dont get in many places anymore.The food was excellent!!! The offerings were unique. I had never had Avocado Crab Toast or thought about it at all until we saw it here. There was an Omlette served with a Pork Roll and a whole Surf N Turf breakfast.The toast was delicious! Then I followed that with Shrimp N Grits which was highly unexpected being as far north as Trenton. The food here rivaled that of Federickburg's Foode restaurant.Ive also never grooved while eating a breakfast. Great music and ambiance to start the day!To be frank, Skil-Lit is indeed LIIIIIIIT!!!!! Thank you for making our trip great!
