On Friday, October 24th, a friend and I went in to eat inside the restaurant. Around 10am. Everything was fine.
Until a customer came in and asked an employee if she can use an outlet to charge her phone.
The employee said no, there were no outlets for customer use. The customer, who didn't buy anything, then got angry and physically attacked the employee. Then ran to her car to get mace to spray in the employee's eyes.
This is not the fault of the restaurant.
What is the fault of the restaurant is that the manager on duty immediately repremanded the employee for defending herself before even checking video.
The police were called, good, but it is not a good sign when a manager defends someone who is attacking their employee without full knowledge of what's happening.
She even had the nerve to speak to my friend and I as if we dont speak English properly. She spoke in the type of English that is spoke when you assume the person doesn't speak the language.

I personally think this taco bell is criminally underrated. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm and considerate. After the desolation, chaos, and fear of the US 1, this taco bell was truly a safe place to land. The world would be a better place if we all treated each other with the grace and kindness of the staff of this taco bell. Thank you to all those working on the evening of 10/8

So I ordered from uber eats last night and put no tomatoes for all my food because I’m allergic to tomatoes so instead of them following an order they put tomatoes in my food .. like You’re not building a rocket making tacos if it’s that hard to follow simple instructions on what to put and what not to put on someone’s food. People shouldn’t work in there. I want a refund for my food since I had to throw it away because it was contaminated

I always use the drive-thru so I can't rate the atmosphere. I have my usual every time I go there (hardshell tacos and I chicken enchilada) which never bother me (the standard joke about Taco Bell's affect on one's bowels reaction).
I went to this Taco Bell and the foods good but the food was expensive, $33 in total but I can understand bc of inflation, but I got a box, a quesadilla, a Gordita crunch, I ordered an extra taco, never received it. To this day I still don’t know if it was charged for it. The taco was unwrapped well, and the box and quesadilla and the taco rarely had anything in it. The guy that gave us the food was nice but I think the people who made the food just didn’t care at all, and we didn’t get any receipt so it felt like they knew what they were doing.
