Just drove 10 min to this Taco Bell to eat inside like we normally do most Saturdays. Some “important” looking guy came out to tell us inside is closed until 10, but drive thru is open. They were having a big chicken meeting inside per the sign on the door…I’m not eating Taco Bell in my car so we went elsewhere. Very poor business decision by the owner/manager. Needs new management fast. Very disappointed.
I walked into this place on 2-12-24 around 5:20pm with my wife and 2 kids for dinner. There were 6+ people working there and they refused to talk to me let alone "welcome" the "skinny girl" turned her back toward me as I was standing at the register. I was basically forced to order on the smart screen (I did and it was easy process). The man who made our food, came to the front and just put it in the counter, by the time I went to the counter food was just sitting there unattended. While we were eating I totally agree my 3 and 5 year olds made a little mess (which I cleaned up 100% at the end). As we were eating there were 5 people came from the back just to keep an eye on us and also note we were the only family there, the rest of the restaurant was empty.

I like the outdoor dining area, it gives the chance to get a bit of fresh air during lunch. The food was good, too.Parking: Plenty of parking, sufficient handicapped parking spaces.

Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve ordered on the app 30 minutes prior twice and 20 minutes prior once and all 3 times they had me wait an extra 20 plus minutes when I arrive AND my orders been wrong every single time. Whether it’s something missing, or something added that I specifically ordered without. It’s crazy that you get better service deeper into Trenton in a much worse area.

Hey the Beefy Cheesy Grilled Burrito but tell them to make sure it is fresh and ask them to make sure the stuffing is evenly spread out: I got one a few weeks ago|and all the stuff was on one side!!! Still, always
They screwed up my order 3 times on more than 1 occasion. The 1 star I gave they didn't deserve that ? ? ?

Great place & great service. Friendly people waiting on you.Dietary restrictions: They are VERY careful in preparing my wife's food as she is very allergic to cheese & dairy. All you need to do is ask them to be careful & they do a great job keeping her safe.
