Great food always
Food is generic. Tomato sauce might be the worst I’ve tasted. Shrimp parm a soggy mess. 30 dollar special. 2 scallops and the rest shrimp. Basically guys in the back that are not Italian. Just line cooks. Bring a chef in. House salad for a meal is a joke. People just love basic Italian food.

Great italian family restaurant with large dining area, small front lobby booths also for a pizza or sub, multiple reception areas that can be booked for events. Baby shower s, funeral reception or any other event/family get together. Food has always been top notch from a great family that runs the place. Give them a try.

I met two of my high school chums for dinner we had a lot to catch up on nobody rushed us we were able to sit and chit chat for as long as we wanted. The food was delicious I had vodka rigatoni my one friend had an antipasto and the other one had pizza. I had so much pasta left over I was able to have three meals from that one meal... Delicioso

This was our first visit to Villa Mannino. We enjoyed the warm bread while deciding among a huge selection of 11 am-3 pm lunch specials. The Pollo Monte Cristo was amazing—so generous and flavorful! Tender chicken breast sauteed with fresh spinach in a white wine and garlic sauce, topped with mozzarella and served over bowtie pasta. My spouse’s Pollo Francese was two enormous egg-battered chicken breasts sauteed in olive oil with canned(?) mushrooms, finished in a tart lemony sauce. Good, not great. Our shared dessert was an inexpensive slice of artfully presented cheesecake that won’t threaten Cheesecake Factory. But for huge tasty lunch specials with great prices and service, Villa Mannino is hard to beat.

My husband and I were visiting NJ to see family and were staying at a hotel a few miles away. On the way to the hotel we were very hungry and decided to stop in to place an order to take to the hotel to eat. I ordered an eggplant dish stuffed with ricotta. My dinner came with a salad and bread. I opened my salad and immediately grabbed an olive and put it in my mouth. It was rubber. Not over or under ripe, which I've had before. it was literally rubber. The taste was super bizarre and spit it out. Being a typical wife, I grabbed the second olive and without saying anything to my husband handed it to him to eat. He chewed it and spit it out into a napkin. He said it couldn't be real. He agreed that it was absolutely not a real olive. Then, I used my fork to look at my eggplant dish and noticed that the ricotta was a weird color. I've been cooking with ricotta for 40 years and know what it's supposed to look like. It should be a shade of white. This cheese was the most brilliant, ultra pure white I've ever seen. It was like the whitest paint. definitely not real cheese. Couldn't have been. We trashed the entire meal and got popcorn from the pantry at the hotel. I was having a hard time believing that fake food is out there until this meal. It took 2 days to get this bizarre taste out of my mouth. I tried everything. I just hope that the restaurant was unaware of what they purchased. They should demand answers from where they purchased the olives and cheese.

We’ve had several family celebrations at Villa Mannino, including my mom’s birthday party, and every experience has been wonderful. Marco is fabulous — so friendly, accommodating, and makes everything as easy as possible. He’s always on top of details and makes sure everything is perfect.
The banquet packages are very generous — both in portion size and price — and the food is always delicious whether you’re here for an event or just dining in.
The Tortellini Valentino is hands-down the best pasta dish I’ve ever had anywhere. I could easily eat the whole thing! The stuffed eggplant rollatini appetizer is another favorite — absolutely delicious.
My fiancé loves the chicken parm and chicken francese, and honestly, nothing we’ve ever had here has been bad.
I haven’t tried their pizza yet, but I’ve heard it’s amazing — so that’s next on my list! Always a great place to visit.
