To the Grapevine.. First been in restaurant business 17 yrs, I brought my family of 3 there for Thanksgiving dinner at 3 pm, wasn't that busy upstairs, but 27 mins before even offered a glass of water, not sure time before our waitress Alexus came to us. Was brought no bread,( seen on other tankes ) only knives and forks, she seemed to be short & in a rush , with only seeing her with one additional table 6 -8 people that came in after us and got very well taken care of?? We had 3 turkey dinners that sorry Would have Never left my kitchen !!! Looked like they were pre made and sat in a warmer box for sometime.. gravy was skined over (not fresh) a #12 scoop of instant potatoes that had brown scrapings from being in a pot not stired for some time, as well as scoop of dry stuffing.. green bean casserole spread out to one side of the plate incircling the spoon full of cranberry... My lady asked for a little extra gravey for her Turkey !!... not even in a gravy boat but a little dish... BROWN gravy?? huh? Um having Turkey ??? Well needless to say this wasn't worth $97.00 sorry chef you need to know whats going on in your kitchen and the food going out it....what we had, Never should have went out your kitchen door. Will be the last time coming there and wouldn't recommend it either.. Possibly your made to order items may be better but so should your holiday items as well ... Specially Holidays... If need to speak to me be more then willing to converse with you.. Ed Miller.

Horrible food not Italian !!! Staff is nasty owner could care less and has poor staff cooking and representing his business !!! No more authentic Italian food as the previous owners took full Italian pride in. The hostess / manager is awful , nasty , and could care less about the customers!!

Why do ya'll randomly decide to shortchange me on the garden salad with barely any lettuce and NO PEPPERCHINIS whatsoever? Can whoever makes these the right way teach the others how to do it? It looks like someome already ate half of it. Ain't worth the asking price.
Also, like A BITE of bread. That's not AS important but it speaks to the complete lack of consistency of the portions - even though it doesn't cost me less when I get less food. You still charge me the same amount regardless like I'm not going to notice that's what you're doing.
It's like whenever I start getting the same menu item repeatedly, it just starts to shrink, and shrink, and shrink.

Last year I used to order from Grapevine more than I would any other delivery spot. I liked how their pizza was thin and had a lot of sauce on it. They used to do a very good job on food, but I have seen a noticeable difference. Tonight I ordered a large cheese pie and might I add the cheese pies that I used to get from them were very much bigger than when I received tonight I received tonight was not thin and almost looked like Chuck E. Cheese pizza. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on it either. I also ordered clams casino, and the clams casino I am used to do not use very large clams and that is what they used tonight. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, but they are pretty hard to mess up so I have no complaint on those. I’m not sure if the grapevine is under New management or how to change in The people making the food, but there is a noticeable difference I used to be OK with waiting longer times to get the grapevine because they were so good. Not sure what happened.

The lunch menu was varied and very reasonably priced and the food was very good. It's an old building with low ceilings in the dining room section we were in but we'll maintained. Overall, very good.
Parking: Abundant number of parking spaces.

I never leave reviews but after a couple times of ordering I will not be returning. The food when it gets delivered is never hot. Today I ordered a calzone and Stromboli and opened it and there was no sauce. When I called I was told it’s extra. Never ordered a calzone before where it didn’t automatically come with sauce. Called around to a few other places just to confirm I wasn’t crazy and they all include sauce. Already disappointed I sit down to eat and my food wasn’t even hot. I’ve had an issue in the past but decided to give a local business another chance and was just disappointed again.

Took hour and twenty minutes to go 3 miles pizza cold, garlic knots over spilled in the bag too much oil, forgot soda, driver said he would be right back never came, fried mushrooms were good
