We had a little hiccup with our order tonight and the Grapevine went above and beyond to fix it. Good food and excellent customer service make the grapevine a well run neighborhood restaurant that goes out of its way to make its customers happy!
Very impressed with the experience and ambience overall. My cousin and I went there for an early dinner and we were given a great area to sit where we can talk and well away from the bar area. The waitress was nice but when I asked to swap the tomatoes in the salad with green olives she said that there would have to be a charge for that. I mentioned that I'd like to give a good Google review and if she can ask the owner manager if that swap can be made without charging me...
