This place only serves drinks, espresso based and sweet cold drinks like milkshakes or energy drinks. Delicious. Staff is nice and helpful. They have 4-5 people taking orders outside, 1 guy directing traffic in the parking lot and a few inside making the drinks. There is no place to sit.

Pulled up to order a drink, and asked about the size. As soon as I asked about sizes she rolled her eyes and replied annoyed. Immediately pulled out of line. I never had a bad experience here until today.

How do you tell someone they can not get less milk in their coffee bc they only do “standard” amounts of milk. I stopped and looked at her like she was actually joking. The line was wrapped around the building so I thought this place must be good. They have teenagers who know nothing about a coffee taking orders and literally telling you, you can’t adjust your coffee with less milk. Even when I said I would pay extra to not have my full cup filled. They said it can’t happen. Save your time, money and frustration and go anywhere else.

Had a really rude and mean worker take my order. I was unfamiliar with the menu and she was really mean about it. I had an order in mind that I said to her and she claimed that they didn’t have any of what I asked for (which is fine, it was just how she went about it.) I saw it on TikTok and wanted to try it so I didn’t realize this location didn’t have it. She just stared at me and said “idk what you’re talking about or what that is” with a condescending tone. All she had to say was “sorry we don’t have that” or literally anything else. I was really nice to her and I work in customer service so I try to understand when workers are having a bad day but she really ruined my morning. I ended up ordering a fizz and it did taste good but even with that she was huffing and puffing when I was requesting the syrups in my fizz. The guy who handed me my drink was nice and the drink was good so I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I want to try this place again but I will have to pray I don’t have this worker take my order again.
