“I had the most amazing customer service experience from a young lady with dark red hair and prominent eye liner, she was brilliant. She made my coffee just right, beautifully done I say! And gave me an efficient amount of donuts that I ordered. I was delighted and intrigued with this worker, I hope to receive her service sometime again soon. Thank you dunkin workers, America, especially me in America, truly runs on Dunkin.“

“I really enjoy this particular location. The customer service is really impeccable. A major shoutout to McKenzie at this specific location (right next to Kohls). McKenzie is always such a friendly and kind person as I’ve been served by her before. She doesn’t know that today I had previously been waiting in line at the other Dunkin location across the street next to the Starbucks on 42 and no one there ever acknowledged me in the drive thru to take my order. So I left empty handed and came over to this location even though it was on the other side of the road, opposite of the direction I was traveling. McKenzie immediately lifted my spirits just by simply greeting me and on top of that even offered an incredible accommodation to me when I inquired about the pumpkin donut which happened to be sold out. You truly never know how you can be the one to positively impact someone’s day just by simply being attentive and friendly. I didn’t even expect her to go above and beyond as I was just happy to be served, and she did so much more for me! Thanks McKenzie! “Today this dunking donuts went above and beyond their normal happy morning duties for my friend and I thought I should say something about it!My girlfriend stops every morning to get her caramel and sugar with a tad of coffee..haha, and them at the turnersville DD know exactly what I mean...and most mornings its great and were off to work with out a hitch...thx to the DD team there. But this morning, her car started smoking as we were in the drive thru line, and the customers pulled together and beeped to let us know, so we quickly got out of line and preceded to go into the gas station next door to the DD. We wanted to wait for the car to cool off and get a game plan. As we were inspecting under the hood and car we were greeted by 1 of the amazing Dunking Donuts associates that walked my gf coffee out to her and said" we just didnt want you to not have your coffee too!"I thought that was just great customer service and I didnt know her name, but we were there approximately 9/915am and she has blonde hair. And always has my friends order ready to go..I hope she gets recognized for this effort today.Thank you turnersville DD for today!“

“Good evening Google Family. I visited after my incredible workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Washington Township, Turnervillle, NJ. I decided to come here after doing my cardio workout on the treadmill and after my dynamite shower experience. I was so hungry!!! I was supposed to order a hot chocolate, but when I got to the counter to order, I ordered a large decaf hot coffee, black with brown sugar. I remembered shortly thereafter, that I really wanted the hot chocolate. I was hungry, so I ordered some hash browns and some bacon. Everything was so tasty. I didn't want to wait to eat because I was thinking Xfinity might be crowded, and I didn't want to be sitting there hungry and waiting. I devoured the food and I was sipping on my decaf coffee. Then I made my way to Xfinity. .The Dunkin Donuts male employee was nice and friendly. I decided to use the rest room while I was waiting for my coffee. When I re entered, my coffee was ready. I had already retrieved my food from them. I had a good experience here and I would return. The bathroom was in good condition.
