Location, 460 crosskeys hurfville road, sewll, nj.... Used the app and drive thru, servicer was very rude, food wasn't cooked/prepared well, its hope this gets to dunkin

i doordashed online and it took over an hour for them to cancel the order with no explanation. i had 5 doordashers go there and they canceled. i’m not happy it wasted 2 hours of my time

They seldom follow directions and the orders are consistently inconsistent. Whenever I order an English muffin toasted, it comes back having obviously been in the oven but never toasted (a light brown ring circles the top but the bread is floppy and cold). Order an amazing drink one day and the next time it will be made entirely different and be undrinkable. This is true of all locations I have been to, but especially this one. The job is not hard (I worked at Taco Bell and have had similar experience) -- they are just lazy and do not care that the lack of quality is a reflection on their work ethic. I know they make minimum wage (I did too when I worked at Taco Bell) but that is no excuse to screw over your customers regularly. I won't be returning to this or any Dunkin- I have wasted enough money on people who can't even do the bare minimum. How embarrassing to be bad at a job as simple as this. Toast. They can't make toast.

Been coming to this dunkin since high school and a lot of times i come here for whatever reason there’s some sort of issue. I came here the day of wicked launch just for the munchkin tin, i get there 30 minutes after they open, with a mobile order placed and paid for, claiming they do not have the tins. Why were they promoted on the digital menu board then? I said okay no problem I’ll just get a refund and go to next dunkin, no big deal. Wrong. The lady said she could not give me a refund and no manager would be there until 7:00 either. What business runs without a manager? She told me I needed to do a refund through the mobile app myself and she didn’t even know how to do it to be able to help me. Ridiculous. I distributed charge with my bank and will not be coming back here.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel, but they gave me bacon instead. On top of that, the blueberry muffin I received was cold and stale, definitely not fresh. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I usually come to Dunkin’ expecting quick, friendly service and decent food, but this visit was unacceptable.

This is ridiculous I shouldn’t have to wait 45 mins for a mobile pick up order , I go in to the store say excuse me not one employee answered. This is why this Dunkin is going down hill because they don’t listen to customers and they still got my order wrong you would think after waiting 45 mins they would get it right at least

I always go to dunkin and get a croissant sausage no EGG. They try to charge you the same price when u remove the egg so normally they give you an extra patty to offset the price. This place is the only dunkin refuse. I going to stop eating there altogether. With the high cost of everything why would you make someone pay for something they are not getting. You should be ashamed

Do not go here. They try to upcharge for items, add items to your order, intentionally don't give you what you paid for, act bothered especially, when you catch them trying to steal.
