We couldn’t have been happier with our nephew’s dinosaur themed birthday cake! The staff were so friendly and helpful in ensuring we received exactly what we wanted. We received many compliments on how amazing the cake looked and how delicious it was. Our nephew was ecstatic and loved his birthday cake which made it that much more special. Would definitely recommend Platinum House or Sweets and will be using in the future!

I purchased a 4 pack of cupcakes ($11) and a PB cup brownie ($3.50).The brownie was absolutely delicious ?. It was not overly sweet. The outside has a nice crunchy and the brownie is the perfect thickness. They had an Oreo brownie, cannolis and a few varieties of cookies. It was a small selection.The cupcakes were ok. I'm not a fan of the buttercream icing. I did not like the icing at all. It had a chemically after taste to me.The flavors were cannoli ( which I cut before taking the pic), Oreo, carrot cake and chocolate.The cake part was extremely moist and delicious. If I was rating just the cake, it would be a 10.I think the price was a bit high for the size of cupcakes. It was more icing than cake. So for me it was not something I will get again.The space is small. There was a couple doing a cake tasting. The person leading the tasting did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Which is odd because this place is tiny!I had a short wait for someone to come from the back. She was efficient, but not overly friendly, She didn't try to sell me any other items. I like a little bit of conversation!

I ordered a cake for my daughters first birthday within a 5 day notice. I spent all day calling bakeries and they said they wouldnt be able to do the cake i wanted, or they wouldnt be able to do the fondant decorations because of thanksgiving, and short notice. Then i called these guys and she was very kind and told me she can be able to exactly what i wanted and more! The cake came out beautifully, and exactly like the picture i showed her, and she also gave me a great price whereas other bakeries wanted to charge me a few hundred. It was tasty and fresh, and it was a big hit, all night the guests told me how beautiful it was. Thank you so much for making the cake special for my special girl. ❤️❤️❤️

I needed a same-day 60th birthday cake, so I found this shop online and went there. From the cakes that were ready to go, I chose a pretty 3-layer rainbow- sprinkled cake with flowers on top. At the party, everyone said how nice it looked and good it tasted.... very moist, delicious icing. I would definitely consider using Platinum House of Sweets for any future event.

Platinum House of Sweets was such a hit at my daughters beautiful bridal shower at Riverwinds Restaurant. Not only were the desserts out -of -this -world delicious. the presentation and decorated table was superb. The ladies putting it all together were also very nice and everything was just perfect. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend for parties or just desserts! ❤️?

I'm looking for a cake for my 40th bday so I've been testing various bakeries in the area. I got the Chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting. It was good but nothing spectacular. The Vanilla cupcake could be sweeter to me. Best all around bakery in the area to me is Two Sweet Boutique.

I ordered two cakes from this place. The first time the cake was really good! Very moist and aesthically pleasing to the eye. Exactly what I asked for. The woman who ended helping me out both trips was super warm and very pleasant! My family and I enjoyed the cake so much, we decided to place another order and this time we got an 7' cake instead of the 6' cake. However, the second cake was beautiful but it was dry. The first cake was so moist so we were disappointed that the second cake didn't reflect the first one. Other than that, I will say I didn't like the interaction with the owner. She was very stand off-ish the first time I came in to inquire about some cupcakes, while I was waiting on the cake I ordered. I just wanted to do a taste test. I noticed she was helping a customer and she was very engaging and helpful but then when she was done with that customer she just went in the back and didn't engage with me at all. The woman who was helping me, pointed out the owner and included her in our conversation. So she was explaining that I wanted to get some cupcakes to taste because I just placed an order but the owner literally looked d*** founded. Like I was being helped already so she didn't need to be involved. She was not friendly at all. I did encounter her again once I finally picked up the first cake and she was very cold again. Then when I went to pick up the second cake, ironically the same woman who helped me the first time; who made the visit pleasant for me, assisted me again. This time the owner opened the door and looked out at me and then just went back in the baking area. She definitely turned me off, and I definitely want to feel good about where I spend my hard earned money. She did not do that, which is a reflection of my overall review. I posted pictures of the 2nd cake.I wanted to add, I was contacted by the bakery the very next day by the woman I placed the 2nd order with. She left me a message, stating she would like to work something out because she didn't want to lose me as a customer and she wished that my experience was better. However, I felt like the owner should've made that phone call. The woman who called me was very professional and pleasant but I refuse to support an establishment because an staff member is calling on behalf of an owner. That didn't not sit well with me, and I love writing reviews because customers can share their experiences with others.
