This is my third bad experience with this TGIF, Took an hour for the food to come and the servers ignored us almost the entire time and when i did BOTH servers were extremely unfriendly and rude, finally got the food and it wasnt even hot or good. We just took our food and left, definetly not returning anymore not worth the waste of money and major overstimulation of an environemnt because its always the same issues, food (even just appetizers) taking anywhere from 30-40 minutes to come out, unfriendly staff, and that dinning area seems more crammed than it should be considering the size of the building and rooms.

Let me start with the fact that I don’t write many reviews. But when I do it’s because something went exceptionally well or terribly wrong., and I feel situations like these should be known by the public.We ordered takeout from this TJIF location because it’s just a mile away from where we live. This should have never happened since we had several times already bad experiences with this Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) owned chain. The first time, a few years ago in La Jolla, CA, it was really terrible.But these 3 recent times it was bad locally, here in Washington Township. I have nothing to complain about the service, since we have ordered takeout. But both the food and the value have been TERRIBLE. We came a little too early, so we picked up the food as soon as it’s been ready. As I have mentioned, it took me under 5 minutes to get home, we immediately unpacked, yet EVERYTHING was already cold. It appeared like most if not all of the meals have been pre-cooked and mildly reheated at best. Nothing tasted fresh, from the softened fries to the shriveled salads. I used “taste” quite liberally, because ALL the food was bland, totally tasteless.We’ve ordered the Classic FRIDAYS Combo. All 3 items were incredibly savor less, but the worst have been the potstickers. Cold, rigid, dry, and absolutely tasteless.I realize that the “Traditional Wings”’ is only an appetizer, but at $11.35 one would not expect a ridiculously minuscule, cold portion.The Chicken Al Pastor Bowl in pictures has a few tortilla chips on top but in reality there are tons of chips and a few tiny pieces of TASTELESS, cold chicken breast.The FRIDAYS “Signature Whiskey-Glaze” burger’s patty was cold, dry, thin, and bland.The Candied Pecan Chicken Bowl was again a ridiculously small portion with salad that tasted old.The separate order of seasoned fries came also cold, the fries were soft, and appeared reheated.I don’t have unreasonable expectations from a TJIF restaurant, but at a $74.24 bill (no drinks whatsoever and taxes not included!) I would like to be able to get a decent dinner for 4. I seriously don’t want to hear the old and tired pandemic excuses, nor the inflation stories, and neither the “lack of qualified personnel” story, because I KNOW THE TRUTH: at corporate level all these are perfect excuses to lower the quality of ingredients, minimize the portions, and maximize profits. While the above excuses at one time might have been somewhat justified, now are only a blessing to capitalize upon. Altogether, our bad experience has probably less to do with this specific Washington Township TGI Fridays location as much as it does with the Thompson Street Capital Partners corporate policy. I repeat, I have nothing against capitalism or profitability, but I am totally against practices employed fraudulently to profit after extreme situations.So, people, stay away from TJI Fridays or expect to be disappointed.

Had lunch date with the wife. Ordered special $19.99 that included 1 appetizer, 1 entree and 1 dessert. Meal was bigger than anticipated. Come hungry. Kinda disappointed that they no longer have the Whiskey bourbon appetizer samplers.
Slow service waited for 50 minutes for my food . Then there was hair on my plate / half our party didn't eat discount was given but not a good experience.
Why would they get rid of their green bean fries? Their food is just okay.

Late lunch with my friend and her toddler. Our waitress got the toddler her food quickly so we could take our time looking at our options. All of the food was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Excellent care by our waitress to see that the toddler was satisfied.

Last time I came here I left a 5 star review.Wow have things changed! They changed the menu and took all of our favorite things off. We always got the combo with the pretzels added and they no longer have them. We also always got cheesesteak burgers which they no longer have. When I asked the waitress if they could still make it her answer was “ we only have cheesesteak egg rolls. It’s not like they can dig the meat out of them.” I got the fajitas this time and didn’t care for them. My boyfriend got the ribs, my son the fish & chips and my daughter the spicy chicken & shrimp pasta.. all of their food was decent. The waitress herself was extremely slow.. mostly because she was busy talking with other workers. I’m not sure that we’ll be back.
