Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. For one ketchup was oozing out of the top bun the cheese was more out of the bun than on the burger and the burgers weren't centered on the bun it looked like it was just thrown together. The lobby was full of kids all kiosks were being used but no one at the front counter to help with orders. I've noticed that the last few times I visited this McDonald's the sandwiches are very sloppy and messy due to poor assembly. What is going on there?

The only problem I had is the medium fries I ordered was about halfway filled, not to mention lukewarm. Typical problem I have with McDonald fries, but today was especially stingy.

People taking drive up orders give the customer a chance to talk instead of interrupting every other word. The customer will let you know what size meal they want and what they want on it stop interrupting.
